Reception Staff, Cleaning Staff. Hygiene and Clean

I didn't like the atitude of the lady who where in the cafe where the morning breakfast was served. One day after coming from outside, my Mother was having the lemon drink kept near the reception. She by mistake after drinking she kept the cup along with unused cup. The lady staff i think she is a phillipino had a worst look in her face. She didn't say anything and corrected the cup position but her look in face said everything. She need to learn how to be kind to old people. Whole experience was so good but the atitude of this phillipino lady ruined. Please be aware of her, how she treat people.

The hotel was great. Very well maintained facilities, clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing, I can highlight the foul, curries and meat selection. You can order eggs your way and also pancakes both freshly made. The staff is super nice and will help you with anything you need. You will not find anything better for this price. Internet was pretty good as well. Highly highly recommended.

The location is not the best, you'll end up spending a lot of money on taxis but it's definitely worth it if you opt in for the breakfast.

Nice and cheap hotel, nothing extraordinary but the beds were really comfortable. Also, the quietest A/C I've ever seen, which is nice. Only stayed one night and had to leave at 2AM so I don't know how the breakfast was. It was close to the airport, which was the reason I stayed there.

Parking is not great, you pretty much park on gravel. I was there too short to have a meaningful opinion of this place but one thing for sure is the shower - although it's nice and strong, it completely flooded the bathroom. Because the drain was clogged, all the water went out of the shower and everything in the bathroom (including a bathmat!) was floating. But other than that it was alright. The staff was a bit indifferent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The check-in process was swift and efficient. The staff at the front desk were not only professional but also incredibly friendly. Mr. Mohammed answered all my questions and offered valuable tips. Throughout my stay, the level of service remained top-notch. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Mr. Vishnu was also exceptional in providing assistance during the stay and helped us for smooth check out. We stayed in a suite and it exceeded our expectations. The space and facilities were perfect for 3 guests. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and we had a fantastic night's sleep throughout our stay. The attention to detail in maintaining the room's cleanliness and providing all the necessary amenities was impressive. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a great start to my day. The chef Ibin at the live counter was always welcoming and made extra ordinary omelettes as per requirement (One of us had a surgery recently and needed without oil and it was done). Also could see Head Chef Biju always being there and making sure everything is perfect for the guests. The hotel's location was good. There is a Shell petrol station nearby where there is a grocery store, and cafes and restaurants. Also had Al Diwaniya Omani Sweets which is must place to visit before you return from Oman. We always used Otaxi, so didn't have any issue with the location. My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat. It's the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Some necessary amenities were not available in the room. But they have put a small table top stand informing the guests to contact the reception or housekeeping if anything needed. We were 3 guests, 2 water was only available. They have always given few extras, but we had to request everyday. Extra bed is usually kept in the hall, but they didn't understand our request and kept it inside the room instead. But it was ok.

The Hotel is at the best location. It is easy to drive to any place in Muscat from the hotel. We enjoyed staying here and extended the stay from 4days to 11days. I would like to give best of the best complements to the receptionist Derya. She is one of the best Receptionists ever met. She has very good confidence and good at decision making, very impressed. I don't miss Miss Joyce at the restaurant. She always made sure we had the best breakfast, she is lovely. The Room Attendant Rajan, made sure room 609 was cleaned on time and all requirements in place. Moreover I will not forget other staff who made our stay happy: Ruqaya, Hamed, Mary, Annita, Hazem, Arif, Grace, Amrita. Also my complements at Egg station with white uniform (I missed his name). The Classic Breakfast Buffet was fantastic. we loved the soft crispy croissants and the Karak type of tea. The Hotel needs to arrange enough proper Car Park at Peak Seasons

Big clean rooms with comfortable beds. On quiet side road with both inhouse or nearby fast food eating options. Close to airport so only about 5 OMR from airport (go to bus stop on ground floor rather than taxi rank on arrival floor so that you have some bargain power on taxi fare......number 8 bus is possible with some walk from drop spot) and is just 2 OMR returning to airport. Helpful friendly staff. Thanks Vishnu and Nit for cheerful greeting in morning and organising my taxi = i felt like VIP guest! Last time i stayed i left a jacket in room and when i come back this time they had it stored and returned to me = amazing that 'lost & found system actually works!

The rooftop terrace is great! The location is good, near airport and beach. The interior design is very well done. Great value for price. The gym has two treadmills, a stepper, cables, a bench (for dumbbell exercises), and dumbbells ranging between 2-20 kg. If you're on the stronger side you won't get too far, maybe with the cables, but most people can get a decent workout with the equipment provided. You were also able to do pull-ups on the double cable pulley.

Bathroom door was hard to lock and the fancy touchscreens of the AC didn't work too well (or I was too dumb).

variety in brekfast buffet was good, with the menu changing every day, the staff was extremely friendly and hospitable, we really like the rooms, the hotel is close to a lot of attractions and there are a lot of places to eat near the hotel plus petrol pump is just 5 mins away. would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy a trip on a budget but want good facilities!

basic amenities such as a dental kit and slippers were missing from the room and we had to call the front desk a few times to ask for them. we thought there was a pool but unfortunately, it was just a plunge pool which was just there nothing to do there. there is construction going on near the hotel so the constant noise was a little irritating especially early in the morning.

Her contributions to our experience were priceless. The rooms were not only as stunning as the pictures portrayed, but their convenience, being so close to the airport, was an added bonus. What truly sets this place apart is the diverse and multicultural community of guests from around the world. It was a pleasure to meet and interact with such a varied group of individuals. Daria and her colleague Hazam demonstrated a profound understanding of our unique circumstances. They provided us with the time and flexibility we needed every day as we awaited the arrival of our passport from the US Embassy. Their patience and support were invaluable during this stressful period. They even graciously permitted us to check out later than the standard time on our final day, ensuring a seamless departure. My wife and I are not just satisfied; we are elated with our stay at this establishment. It is without a doubt that we would eagerly return for future visits. We love the staff, Nasir Bhai, Joy and one more I forgot his name in the restaurant. Even at the reception they were very cordial, accommodating, helpful, flexible, friendly and sincere. I love the way they make you so comfortable and welcoming. The area is accessible to all the places we have been. It near to the airport hardly 10 mins drive. The breakfast and dinner was awesome, the breakfast is open buffet and dinner was fixed menu. The quantity is more than for one person. The taste is splendid. There is petrol station, Mc Donald, tea, grocery, and cafe within 1 to 3 minutes drive.

There is nothing I didn't like. They made our first time to Oman and Muscat memorable.
