- The room was very spacious - Aloft is near Muscat Airport. Taxi to and from Muscat Airport cost me OMR 7. - Check in was very smooth and quick. - The interior design is so trendy and eclectic. - The bed was very comfortable.

- The room lacked toiletries. There was one shampoo dispenser & one conditioner dispenser & one tiny bottle of shower gel. No toothbrush/toothpaste etc. No bathrobe. No bedroom slippers. The hotel could elevate so its ranking by so much more if it provided these simple items. - The view was not magnificent but it was ok for me.

Called the front desk twice asking for body lotion. No one turned.

This newly built hotel made my stay in Oman so enjoyable. Prior to our arrival, the team contacted me and asked me about any preferences I had. I requested for a quiet, nonsmoking room which was on a high floor and they made sure all of my requests were granted. The facilities are well-managed. There is a lot of parking spaces which made it very convenient for me since we rented a car during our stay. The modern design gives a cozy vibe. The pool is so inviting and I must say that all of the recreational facilities are top notch. Another guest traveled with me to celebrate her birthday and the hotel management went out of their way to surprise her with a beautiful setup of the room with balloons and with towels that were creatively folded to look like swans and hearts. After a few hours, we were surprised that they provided scrumptious complimentary birthday cake. Apart from their well-maintained facilities, I must say that their superb guest service really was the cherry on top. I highly recommend staying in this affordable hotel if you want to have a nice and peaceful stay while in Oman. Truly, for travelers like us who are in a budget, we will definitely always stay in Aloft hotel.

Nothing at all

We’ve been going around Oman on a roadtrip. We’ve stayed in several other places and ended with Aloft Muscat as our last stop. I believe after traveling around Muscat, this is one of the most comfortable and stressless place to stay at. It was very modern and high tech hotel. You have control of the lights and temperature. Our room was really spacious. It was just a nice place to stay at the end of our trip and not have to wait for the water to get hot before shower, or what to do when the electricity goes out. The shower is detached from toilet. Which is rare to see after staying at other places. Everything was easily available. There’s a gym and pool which we didn’t get to use. Parking in levels B1 and B2. The hotel is close to the airport and about 10-20 min drive to main attractions and restaurants, such as the grand mosque and the opera house. The staff were very welcoming and nice. They even sent a text asking to contact them if we needed anything. It was a very pleasant stay.

A good, local breakfast is a priority for me. This hotel serves a delicious breakfast. this is not the usual European, simple breakfast. This buffet also included elements of Indian and Arabic cuisine, such as curry beans or whole beans, spring rolls, humus, chicken rolls, and a lot of vegetables. a very nice smiling guy served various forms of eggs. The hotel staff was very open to conversation and very nice. the hotel is new and in a new style, but that doesn't take away from its class. I would definitely recommend this drink to my friends.

The hotel are so good, this is my third time there. Great Omani staff are there and are so supportive

Just few comments to make the next time more better. I do recommand to have the coffee machine in all rooms and the hotel cafe to serve the Turkish coffee. Cost of Breakfast should be considered as value to moeny, this time i didnt book with breakfast. the sound of nigh events reaching the rooms and might be annoying , accoustic procedures can solve the problem

The Aloft Hotel in Muscat is a new and very modern Hotel. From the airport it takes you just 10 minutes to the hotel. The hotel is very new, modern and cool. There are restaurants, a pool and a stylish lobby with billiards. The staff are super friendly and helpful and look after the guests very well. Our room was very large, clean and very modern. It was cleaned every day. We had the perfect start to our trip here. We would definitely book this hotel again.

There is nothing!

Really nice hotel, very modern. Smiling, helpful staff all around you, always! They want you to be satisfied all the time. Hotels taxi was super easy, and you need to go with car always, any place here in Muscat city. We had super guy, Abdullaziz. He is wonderful. Also the restaurant staff and in the bar were great.

Disco at Thu and Fri night is noisy till 2:30 to many rooms. Nothing in hotels surrounding area.
