It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were given a room in a better category than we had booked. The room had everything you could need. All our wishes were 100 percent fulfilled. The food and service in the restaurant was fantastic especially "Arabic lentil soup" and "Butter chicken" were our favorite dishes at dinner. The room was perfectly maintained. Also the hotel area is well maintained. Pools and gym are super! We want to sincerely thank all the hotel staff: administration, reception, room managers, all restaurant staff (Asteria 😊), gym staff and grounds maintenance staff. Staff in reception were low experience and lack of knowledge, same apply to reservation staff, I have asked theme several time for corporate rate since I am working in QatarEnergy oil company and usually we have special rate, but unfortunately none of your staff was able to give me any answer rather than they were unexperienced to figure out any corporate rate. Furthermore, when I checked out the staff in recaption missed charging dinning cost which prove that you need to train your staff and educated them so they can be up to your reputation as international hotel. The hotel is amazing and newly constructed. But much more important the staff. Every member of the staff in kitchen 7 restaurant,catch bar,pool area and front desk made our stay extra ordinary and easy as they always met our family upcomings needs. Big thanks for Jeff from Catch bar and Ahmadur ( hopefully remember well the name) from Kitchen 7 for extra mile in serving our family and our little one. The only minus can be location, as it is in the middle of nowhere( car or taxi is a must) and also has no views (mostly on the road. But the well curated area makes the stay very pleasant and comfy for everyone eyes. Super suggested

The hotel is nice, the room was spacious, the bathroom had a shower and a bath and was fully equipped. The bed was luxurious. In terms of the room, there were no complaints at all. We didn't do breakfast, so I don't know about that.

The breakfast was expensive, but that is a choice. However, at checkout we were asked if we used anything from the minibar (no). For the first time in my life, I was told that this needed to be checked. If you don't trust me, fine. Please lock the minibar, or simply directly state that you need to check the minibar instead of first asking and directly after my answer questioning my honesty by sending somebody to check on me.

We had a wonderful time thanks to the exceptional service of hotel stuff, which made us feel warm and completely at home. We particularly want to thank Nina for her attentiveness and the way she paid attention to every detail. She is so smart and excellent. Other staff such as Saeed, Zeyad, and so on were also always welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing valuable information about the local area. We will undoubtedly recommend your establishment to friends and family, and we look forward to returning in the future.

The room was extremely spacious. The hospitality of the staff was commendable. The waiters in the restaurant that serves breakfast as part of the room rate were very kind, hospitable and took extra care of us.

The outdoor pool, which was very small, was a disappointment. There is a large pool by the gym. However, most of the guests, including ourselves, preferred to spend time by the outdoor pool and it was a huge letdown in terms of its size.

The kindness of staff is brilliant. They are there for whatever your needs are always. We stayed with baby and they were taking care of everything we needed for her. They have facilities for children and outside space. Incredible breakfast. Perfect stay☺️

It’s nice and quiet. Staff is really good. Mr Aiham at the front desk is really good and helpful. Staff at the kitchen 7 is really attentive and serving well. Breakfast has good options. Lot of Indian variety as well.
