The Secure Inn Hotel Muscat

I stayed here for 2 nights and first I encountered few issues when I came but from the manager of the hotel to staff everyone is doing their best to solve the issue and they are always there whenever needed anything. I loved the fact that the rooms are clean and tidy and also the hotel is very close to big mosque, i would recommend it for those who are looking for a stay in Muscat.

Too much luban smell (traditional scent), the hot water sometimes takes long time to be heated

All the Staff members are very very friendly.. I chose the deluxe room and it was quite comfortable.. The food in the restaurant is also good.. Very clean room. House keeping is very good Room service is quick They are very generous when it comes to keeping water bottle for the guest

Breakfast, in terms of taste, could have been better.. No hot water in the shower (only Luke warm)

An excellent room. Clean, comfortable and modern. We had a quick check-in, and staff is attentive and courteous. Some things we liked: - Affordable room rates with breakfast included. We felt like we got a good deal. - Large TV and overhead shower. - The restaurant on the ground floor delivers room service till midnight. Affordable and decent menu (we did not try the food though!) - Several restaurants and a supermarket at walking distance from the property.

- Wifi was poor. Get a local data sim. - Shower temperature was lukewarm. I reported this to the staff. They courteously took the feedback but we were ready to checkout by then (1 night stay only). Ask for this when checking in if you're particular about a warm shower. - The rooftop pool was closed for maintenance. The property did not inform this until we wanted to use it. This didn't bother us, but they should be proactive in sharing this info as it is advertised as an included facility. - The location is an industrial area (within the city). It's far to get to and there's no sightseeing nearby. That said, it's not noisy, or smelly, nor is there a safety issue.

Every thing was fantastic, room was quite big, neat and clean, staff is professional and helpful who made my stay comfortable, thanks to Receptionist Su, who offered me 20% discount in Spa services and finally thanks to Spa Therapist who made me relax, will come back soon..

Spotlessly clean, very nice and helpful staff. We didn't try the breakfast or restaurant, though it looked acceptable. Plenty of parking place. Hifi good. Excellent value for money

Location is a bit far away from the tourist spots, though convent wrt airport

We stayed here on our final night in Oman as it's close to the airport. Our room was huge and very well equipped. Breakfast was a very extensive buffet, and one of the best we had. Highly recommended.

great place , Room was Big and have all facilities you need , location is amazing if you have car you will be near locations in muscat , the best thing no have noise at all , stuff so helpful , and they helping immediately , highly recommend for travelers , price valuable as well as 4 star ⭐️ hotel

Good value for money. Staff is extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. In room service menu very well priced and great food. Rooms are pleasantly large, clean and more than enough comfort for your stay. Close to a shopping mall & market.

Location is slightly out of bounds for sightseeing, but fair location overall (This is travelling on foot, not applicable with vehicle’s)
