I like services provided to customer services

Front Desk, customer services need to improve a polite manners and welcome.. Same as the dinner services from staff at restaurant. The car is too narrow and need more space to drive in out and parking area as well is too small. Lights are not brighten enough at the car parking area.

The most memorable thing for me were The cafe restaurant staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Food was better than most hotels I've stayed in. The room had the best pillows I have used, very comfortable.

First negative I experienced, straight away, was the check-in staff members. 3 out of 5 of them were not so friendly. Be careful with the Bar staff, if they see that you are not a regular, they will try to keep your change and ignore you hoping that you give up and walkaway.

We stayed for 2 nights The first night was Fantastic except for the 2 double beds in one room.

The second night wasn't as good No room cleaning No fresh towels The restaurant had a private function So couldn't use it We had to eat in the Cafe Food was late and was tasteless Complained to staff but could t get a response

Amazing views and clean rooms

Tea and coffee holders and bathroom holders need change, water and ac has damaged the look, makes room old. The rooms need a face-lift, upgrade/renovate to modern style would make such a big difference.

Room was clean, well serviced every day and comfortable . Shower worked well unlike EBH

Safe did not work. Everything else good

The Crown Hotel has been one of the earliest modern hotels in the country and the testament remains true. The service was great, no complaints from me (reception, room service, restaurant and housekeeping). I had a great time and would stay here next time.

I noticed a few tiny cockroaches roaming around. The rails on the balcony looked old and rusty, didn’t give me any confidence to lean on when I sat outside for fresh air (the grouting holding the hinges that are buttoned to the concrete seemed cracked). The entire exterior infrastructure of the hotel needs a general facelift.

I didn't have breakfast, the location was quiet, i needed the rest so that was good.The dinner was excellent 👌. Presentation was spot on and very filling. Beds were comfortable 😌 staff were friendly. Excellent service.

2 things: the water from the bathroom faucet, when turned on came out sprinkling, didn't really enjoy the bath. And the food got delivered 25-30 mins late.

Like the room service and house cleaning team always made sure room clean and food was delivered quickly.

The food was good. The team at the front desk was always helpful.

Location great. Bar entertainment great

Fairly dated rooms , main light in my room blew out twice . Bathroom very old . Car park pretty tight and pokey .

The level of security to access the rooms is exceptionally good. The daily happy hour is awesome.
