We liked that the rooms were serviced daily fresh towels and bed made up. The food was generous and the accessibility to different amenities just makes this an excellent choice.

The bathroom whilst clean and fresh towels were provided, we did notice cockroaches in the bathroom. If the bathrooms in the deluxe rooms be fumigated periodically, that would be beneficial to the hotel. Another thing to add not saying we didn't like it, but for improvement, the temperature on the floor we stay on was extremely cold. (General elevator lobby and corridor to rooms)

Great location. The local staff in particular drivers and lobby staff were excellent, especially, William, who went above and beyond, helping with luggage and showing us around the foyer and restaurants and second entrance to the hotel.

Nothing but if i have to say something it is a place for the 'privileged', and you notice the stark difference in class inside and when out of the hotel, but unfortunately that is life in Port Moresby.

I like everything about Stanley Hotel, the staff, food, comfortable bed, cleanliness, pool and professional staff.

I did not like my room service order for breakfast was not handled adequately. I suggest that the staff must always listen to write down the order and then repeat it back to ensure that the order is correct. In this case the staff was talking whilst I was given the order resulting incorrect order because she did not really listen.

Highlight was the silver leaf restaurant. Staff friendly and price was great for the quality of hotel.

Breakfast was included but there was confusion on where we were to go to have buffet. We thought it was ground floor. Asked staff at door and she said we had to pay. Later we found out she should have said the breakfast included is upstairs. But just ushered us in, with us unaware there was a second buffet We ended up paying which was not supposed to happen and when checking out and querying, were told that our included breakfast was upstairs so we spent over 175K on a plate of bacon and eggs and some Pancakes fruit and 2 coffees and a tea. Left a bit disappointed.

Buffet was great with the variety of fruits and vegetables. Bottomless coffee is a good deal. Omelette was nice though the chef was grumpy.

I ordered IRD for breakfast but what came what not what was written in the menu. Some items were missing. I had poached egg that was supposed to have avocado on sour dough bread. Avocado was missing.

Madlyn from the green leaf restaurant on the ground floor was absolutely wonderful. Always greeted with a smile for every coffee we requested. Keep up the great work Madlyn :)

The kids pool being out of service. Our bathroom door couldn't lock making it very unpleasant for a family of four. The room was small to our expectation and the TV couldn't work the next morning which was unfortunate. Check in experience was very poor for a luxury hotel. I wasn't greeted at check jn but was told to wait before being greeted.

The view, facilities, proximity to the mall and the cleanliness.

Not so much the property, but the nosy neighbors. Turns out there were a group of teenagers (about more than 10 without adult supervision in the room next door and were so loud the entire night). Saw them leaving their room about the same time as we did, and that’s when I realized there wasn’t any adults with the whole lot of them.

Breakfast Buffet convenient, the location is perfect especially when accessing vision city for all other requirements. The bed is comfortable and access points are all visible.

The only thing would be to Provide bus services to and from Airport based on the hotel bookings and manifest for the day to ensure no client left stranded. Introduce promotional sales for rooms for weekends or family discounts, long staying discounts and associated hire cars with bookings for discount etc..

The hotel facilities blossomed 🌼🌸 to life and active at the end of COVID-19 pandemic. Hotel facilities and hospitality was very lovely 🌹. This hotel is clean, convenient for business and leisure. Affordable and wholesome for family stays. The pool is restricted to guests and members only that's a good thing to happen.

The security staff at the Monsoon restaurant must maintain order and control of visitors and customers to respect hotel guests and facilities. Lock on the door are damaged in the bathroom. There is no privacy when using the bathroom and toilet.

I loved the breakfast and enjoyed the health fresh juice the most. The staff were very active and friendly. I appreciated that they brought an extra cushion to put on the chair my daughter was sitting on

* Pillows were too hard * There were 2 baby cockroaches in the room * The strong body odor at the front desk where the gym and pool are * It was my first time to stay over, so I didn't know the towels for the room weren't allowed out of the room, so I took with me to the pool where the security guards explained repeatedly that they weren't allowed out of the room as the pool had its own towels. I understood they were doing their job and appreciated it. It's just that they kept repeating it over and over, even after I was done swimming, they repeated it again, it became annoying.
