Same as my previous visit two weeks ago, one of the best hotels (if not the best) I’ve ever been to. Comfortable bed, perfectly working ventilation (which is not common in Peru I found out later) and the best breakfast buffet ever!

We stayed in the 3rd floor this time (first time was 9th), in a “city view” room. I’d recommend not booking city view (nothing especial to see, we had a parking lot as view lol). Recommend floor 9 as there was less noise from the city

Really lovely staff who couldn't do enough for us. Bedroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a wide choice of options. Easily walkable of the coast and shops. Special thanks to Enzo, Lilian and Alemao but everyone else was excellent too!

We were disappointed with the top floor which has the very small pool and bar. The bar is open to non-residents and on Friday and Saturday they have a DJ which makes any conversation just about impossible. We therefore tended to have a drink in the bar on the ground floor which shuts at 11.00pm.

best hotel I’ve stayed in in a LONG time. Very thoughtfully designed rooms. great amenities: nespresso-style coffee maker with compostable pods—cup warmer in drawer underneath—nice little fridge tucked away. Great rain shower; lots of drawer space. modern clean feel. filtered water and ice machines on many floors. rooftop heated infinity pool very small but wonderful. 17th floor has a huge lounge with bar. thoughtful tasteful modern design is how I would describe it. room cleaners are magicians everyday. room service has been spot on—don’t miss the ceviche and burger!! chocolate cake and ice cream!!! 80 min massage was professional and wonderful. staff are all ready to help. very professionally run. as you read, I am thoroughly impressed and would recommend everyone to stay. if only I could live here!!! thank you to Iberostar selection miraflores for an incomparable stay. 5*

Mirador (?), at reception, could not have done more to help us. The bar and infinity pool on the roof of the hotel have a cool vibe. The water fountains on every floor to limit the single use of plastic bottles is a great idea. The mandarin shower gel.

The service and food in 27 Tapas are slow and not very good. The hotel marks up all taxis by 372%, which is extortionate by any hotel standards. It makes a big thing of accompanying customers to the reception desk to sign for their taxis in USD. The return journey to the hotel from a local taxi is the identical amount but in PEN ie significantly cheaper. The attitude of one of the female receptionists when I explained that the water bottle that I had purchased leaked.

Travelling alone but always felt welcome and very safe. Staff were lovely. There was just a nice buzz about the place. Loved it. Water in hallways always available and free. Didn't have to keep buying bottled water. Tea/coffee maker in the fridge. Massage was fab. Roof top pool, even though busy most of the times. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Just a lovely atmosphere and buzz about the place at all times.

I'm trying hard to think of something!!! Perhaps for your guests who are English they would love a small jug of milk left in the fridge so they could make a cup of tea or some sachets of milk. Instructions for the hot water/coffee maker. I had to ask one of your lovely cleaners how to use it just for hot water! I'm sure you could get more business if the Spa Menu was left on a card in the rooms translated to English. I would have had a massage earlier but left it to go and physically go and see the Spa to find out about treatments and book. Really no criticisms tho. Had a lovely stay.

Exceptional stay at Hotel Iberostar Selection Miraflores! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and offered stunning views of Lima's vibrant skyline. The hotel's amenities, including the rooftop pool and exquisite dining options, exceeded our expectations. Its prime location in the heart of Miraflores allowed for easy exploration of the city's attractions. We can't wait to return to this oasis of luxury and hospitality on our next visit to Lima.

Rooftop pool is small but the views from it make up for it

Hotel offers flexible check in / check out. We had a nice clean spacious room at 9th floor. Of particular notice is the rooftop bar and swimming pool! The views are breathtaking! We have also enjoyed massage and sauna in the hotel. Cannot complain for anything as we did not have any unpleasant situations. Peru is a great country and I recommend all to visit Peru and make sure to make a stop over in Lima! We have wondered through the city until very late and have not experienced anything bad.

Everything was perfect However, for a breakfast I would recommend small local cafes that have more Peruvian than “continental” options.

I booked this hotel for one night only after a long flight from London to Lima as I needed a good night's sleep. When I was asleep (around 9.30pm) I was woken up by a hoover next door and a drilling noise in the bedroom above mine. ...I was not too happy about this so I made the staff and hotel manager aware and they kindly sorted it all out for me - they were all amazing! If you're a morning person and love a very good breakfast this is the place to stay. A walk after breakfast in this lovely neighborhood is also a great way to start the day The bedrooms are also stunning and mine even came with a very handy yoga mat. There's a great gym/spa and a pool with some gorgeous views and better cocktails : )

Overall, it's a good 5-star hotel with friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, an excellent breakfast, and great restaurants with fresh and delicious food.

However, for a 5-star hotel, we noticed a few areas for improvement: 1) No closet space for clothes in the Standard-Room. 2) The spa area is quite inadequate: a very small electric sauna up to 60 degrees, no shower, no relaxation area, and it can be noisy. 3) Guests are required to refill their own water; typically, hotels provide two bottles of fresh water daily. 4) The sushi restaurant lacked an English menu; everything was in Spanish. 5) Service at breakfast and on the rooftop, while polite, was rather slow. Coffee arrived both times after we had finished our breakfast

The hotel has a privileged location in the Miraflores neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, museums, cultural attractions, outdoor fitness (like tennis and jogging), and nightlife. The hotel itself has two outstanding restaurants, including a sophisticated Japanese eatery, both very much in keeping with Lima's top notch gastronomic scene. The rooftop bar is one of Lima's newest "happening" places, with a diverse and well crafted cocktail and beverage menu (go early as it fills up later in the evening). Athletic facilities are small but very well equipped and convenient. The hotel makes a concerted effort to stay environmentally friendly, so no plastic bottles in the property and no paper towels in the gym area.

The rooms are comfortable, but they lack a safety deposit box, so for those customers requiring extra safety for their belongings they may not find available facilities in their rooms. Electric plugs are available, but for American tourists they may only find one U.S. device-ready plug in the entire room. I was surprised that in such a new hotel (opened less than two years ago) rooms were not equipped with electric plugs that could equally accommodate American or European devices.
