Location was perfect, close to a ton of nearby attractions and stores to fulfill every need. Staff was outstanding, special kudos for Briggitte at the reception who went above and beyond with her service and made sure we had an amazing experience in Peru. In the bar Luis was serving delicious cocktails and breakfasts were very complete and delicious as well

The property is an easy two-block walk from the Airport Express Lima bus stop at the Av. José Larco Tourist Information Center. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, from check-in to dinner recommendations to checkout and luggage storage. My room on the back side of the building was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. They offered a welcome beverage in the bar (pisco sour or lemonade). Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options: omelet bar, a variety of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot food items including pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and grilled vegetables. I'll plan to stay here again when I return to Miraflores.

The water temperature in the shower varied from comfortably warm to screamingly hot without any adjustment on the part of the user, though water pressure was decent. The safe in the room was welcome, though a bit small. I would have liked one large enough to hold a 15" laptop.

This was my second stay in this trip, and the experience was just as amazing if not better. Great location, staff, services—excellent value for price! Comfortable bed, nice bathroom with tub to soak in after a long day of walking around. Nice variety at breakfast. Cold water tap for refilling bottles outside the breakfast room. Welcome gift of free pisco sours.

A/c was a little underpowered: washed some socks and underwear that needed a full 24 hours to dry.

Large, clean room and bathroom. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was nice with lots of offerings. Withing walking distance to Kennedy Park and the handicraft market.

Bed was hard as a rock. Had to ask for two washcloths. Toilet is too low. Bathtub shower is too high and the shower head was also too high. Room had a lot of street and traffic noise.

Spacious and clean room, big beds, clean linen. extensive and tasty breakfast. Good restaurant dinner offer. close to walking places and to shops. Clean and tidy surroundings and hotel premises. feel safe and comfortable

Sound insulation is mediocre. I would recommend the hotel to put a rubber seal on the door, it will make an improvement. The lighting in the room could have been better.

Location was perfect for us as it was across the street from the rental car company we used. Short walk (400m) to the airport bus stop. Very clean room. Short walk to restaurants around. Good value for money. They even gave us free welcome Pisco sour!

Breakfast was superb, more than we had expected. The staff were cordial, available and helpful. The centrality of the hotel's location was a bonus.

Can't think of much. Maybe the A/C could have been more efficient but even that was not a problem.

very nice hotel with great breakfast. good location with 5 min walk to the Larcomar shopping center & the park. The staffs were nice to let us store our luggages at the hotel after we check out and before we went to airport. A very good seafood restaurant across the street. There is many comfortable couch in the lobby.

Room was clean. The front desk answered many questions for us. Had one night booked with a group and one night private pay. They accommodated us and didn't make us change rooms.

Had to ask housekeeping to leave 2 wash cloths. Was given incorrect information by front desk on where to mail some post cards.
