Hotel is well-located in the center of Miraflores, there are plenty of bars and cafes within walking distance of the hotel. Everyone we met in the hotel were nice and helpful, made our stay effortless.

The breakfast could be better - the food is a bit tasteless and very boring. You can’t have that in Lima. Also, there are virtually no vegan options.

Walking distance to many shops and attractions. Clean. Friendly helpful staff.

If you buy water from the front desk it’s 5 sols, but when the front desk ran out of water, we were told to buy it from the hotel bar and it was 8 sols for the same bottle of water

The property is perfect, clean and comfortable and is in an exceptional location.

The front desk staff made my 13-year-old granddaughter feel very bad because she was black and the mother is white. They wanted proof that she is her daughters, I was explained to them that in the United States if a child has a passport it is because both parents have given consent, but they did not understand, we later went to hotels like the Costa del Sol at Cusco and the Inca by Inkaterra I. Machu Picchu and we didn't have any problems. Just with the passport it was fine. The hotel should teach the staff and above all not make a girl feel bad because of her skin color. this is racism

Breakfast items are very limited and not tasty

The hotel is very well located in Miraflores about 45mins from the airport. There are lots of restaurants, bars banks, money changers and places to buy SIM cards very close to the hotel. We were upgraded to a king suite which was very spacious and well equipped. Everything very clean and a nice bathroom with lots of hot water. Bottled water delivered each day and a kettle in the room. Good buffet breakfast with ability to order eggs and bacon etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Well placed in Miraflores, just 2 minutes away from the shopping mall with view terrace on the ocean. The room is spacious and the ed is comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. You get some water and a kettle with tea equipment (unfortunately no coffee was there). AC working well. Room lighting can be improved.

Coffee missing in the room. The breakfast room is too cold, we had to get some additional clothes on to sit there. Quality is ok, although they serve "maple syrup" which in reality is bad "syrup with maple aroma".

Hotel was clean and all the facilities available. Room was double large and very spacious with modern bathroom and shower suite. The room on 9th floor was very quiet idle for a very good night sleep. This hotel served breakfast and there was huge variety of breakfast items. They also took orders for eggs to be cooked to your liking. The hotel is very close to seafront and famous larcomar shopping mall about 2 min walk . Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights in total during our vacation in Peru. All went well, except the last night before returning home. Heard a very loud family, not sure which room or floor they stayed in, but boy they were so loud, my teen thought they must be crazy or drunk. It's not the hotel, guess we were really lucky for the other nights, the guests know to keep their voice in their own room.

Definitely a superior 3 star hotel. The location couldn’t be better, being a few steps away from Larcomar and the famous “green coast”. The staff was absolutely professional and very helpful. The breakfast as expected for a 3 star, I would even say above expectations as eggs and bacon were prepared specially for the guests upon request (for free of course). We went on a tour with a very early pick up and the hotel kindly prepared us breakfasts to go. The shower was amazing: spacious and comfortable. The bed was surprisingly very very comfortable! Great bed to relax after an entire day of walking and touristing. All in all, awesome value for the money!

Breakfast is great! There’s everything from fruits to oatmeal to eggs, to detox juice, so a little bit for everybody no matter your food regime. The room is ok, bed was comfortable, bathroom pretty spacious. The staff is very nice!

The floors of the room were dirty. When packing my flip flops, I had to clean them because all the dust stuck to them. Room was super cold when I got in - maybe ask your guests if they want 17 degrees AC temperature when outside it’s 19. Couldn’t get it to warm up and had to sleep with my sweatshirt on.
