The location was great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and close to other attractions. The hotel was clean and had a lot of features. Multiple restaurants on site, room service, pool, elevators. The king size room was enormous. It had a single couch, a desk, dining table & chairs, fridge, full size closet and drawers. The bathroom had a good size jacuzzi bath & shower, nice toiletries. One note, as the bath was a jacuzzi, it was a high step in & out of the shower. The staff was great, super friendly and helpful with a city tour, where to go in the area. The only disappointment was a misinterpretation of “spa” facilities. I assumed that meant massages, mani, pedis but it means there is a sauna on site. Perfect for a visitor from out of country.

Nothing, I no loved everything.

Great location, easy walk to beach front and interesting parts of the city. The room was spacious, bed extremely comfortable, had everything we needed for our short stay. Loved the roof top pool. Staff were great, couldn’t do enough for use. Allowed early check in and stored our baggage after check out. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice, beautiful fresh fruit, hot and cold options in abundance.

Nothing was unsatisfactory.

Breakfast host Krystal was amazingly welcoming and went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful time! Also very attentive were Martin and Percy, great hosts. The breakfast needs better bread, always stale and repetetive and low quality; Lima has wonderful bakeries and for the price of the hotel there should be better break as well a better juices (not watered down juices as available). The entire staff is awesome, hotel food quality need to meet high standards!

Facilities were great, very clean and the location was phenomenal. The restaurants however expensive there were pretty much yummy.

The bathrooms in the room have no ventilation. Also, the service provided for drivers and tours were very expensive and money was added to the regular use without consent. That was a dissapointment.

absolutely the very best last day in Peru

- the swimming pool area (not the water itself, but the space around it) is not heated, and not just not heated, but inexplicably, most of the windows were wide open both late morning and late afternoon. it was a lot warmer in the water than outside at the poolside, even though the water was just 27 degrees Celsius - the breakfast was not the best orchestrated by the shift manager, since we have never been said to wait for a table in a five-star-hotel. never. ever. but the breakfast staff courtesy afterwards was impeccable

Sizeable room, clean and comfortable. Excellent staff (reception, restaurant and doormen), very attentive. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. Convenient location.

Nothing negative to say. Why do I have to write three sentences? Still nothing negative to say. This rating system of Booking.com sucks if you have nothing to say!

Disappointed breakfast was not included and I had booked a cancellable booking but seems your site only allows this until 23:59 the day before then you are tied in. Since when did booking a hotel room mean you couldn’t leave early!! We were considering moving to Paracas over the weekend but this was not possible. Not good. I won’t be using your site again if that is the case. Also hotel did not charge £9 pp For breakfast! It was more like £26p.

The DoubleTree at Miralflores was a very modern, clean hotel, with a surprisingly large gym, kind, knowledgeable staff, and high-quality amenities within walking distance to quite a few shops and restaurants in Lima.

While the hotel is within walking distance to Miraflores, being a little closer to the water would have been the only thing that we would add to these accommodations. Otherwise perfect!

As always the new building is quite and well isolated, if someone comes for work this is a good spot to recover after a long day of meetings

Nothing all was fine

Everything was great. We just stayed one night because we missed our flight but the room was very nice with a great view and the staff was very friendly. In January I'm coming back to Lima and I will stay a little bit longer in your hotel.

I liked everything. Except for maybe that the pool area is closed after 10pm if I remember right. Would be great if they would keep it open until like 11pm or midnight.
