The room was very comfortable, neat and spacious. There was enough space for my little son to walk as he was learning to walk. They provided a crib for my toddler! I'm very thankful 🙏❤️ In general, the room is toddler friendly. The stuff from the restaurant is very friendly and helpful, especially from the late shift. The people from the front desk were super helpful and really nice. The location is perfect if you want to be in a central area close to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pubs, and shopping. The Kennedy Park is just a block from the facility.

I wish they had a baby changing table in the lobby area. There is no kids' menu

The location was amazing, most of the staff was very friendly, the room was very spacious and had a great view. The buffet breakfast was great and delicious!

Our phone didn’t work the whole time we were there. Some staff told us it was fixed but it never was and going back down everytime we needed toilet paper or a pillow or something, it was annoying (and having one elevator and waiting a long time did not help.) Also, one of the staff was pretty rude to my guest, who came to wish me a happy birthday

They really exceeded our expectations. This was our first trip with our 4months child. We stayed for 10 days. It was important to us to feel welcome and yes We did. Staff is efficient and nice. Breakfast is fabulous, congrats to the chef. Location is perfect, in the heart of Miraflores neighborhood. The best place to be in Lima. Room is spacious facilities are good. Strongly recommend. I take this opportunity to thank all the staff for being so kind. Strongly recommend.

I would prefer a room without carpet, but it wasn’t bad.

Everything. It is not our first time being there. It is our to go place for staying in Lima, we are within walking distance to everything you could possibly want or need. The service from the staff is second to none. Graet breakfast with WiFi included. You can't beat it. And the rest of their menu is great too.

The only issue is that when we got there, they were in the process of repairing the elevator. But they had it fixed by the time we left to do some touring for the day.

We liked everything: location, staff, suite, and food. We stayed for 3 nights and can say it was a great choice as the Estelar Apartments are close to everything (entertainment, shops, restaurants and eateries, parks, 10-15 minutes walking from beach, and in a very safe neighborhood. Loved our stay there!

We loved the place, spacious enough for family of 5 with lil children. We stayed for 3 nights. Room was clean, they made the bed for us every day. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. Love our Pisco welcome drink. The breakfast was a superb. Miss their delicious french toast bread.

The noise from nearby bar, lasted until around 2am. The noise not too loud but I'm a light sleeper.My kids didn't aware there were noises ☺️

The room was great- spacious, we had a suite, so one large bed and two twin beds. We had a lovely sitting area with coffee table and tv, as well as a fridge, microwave, and small counter with two bar stools. We were able to eat lunch in the room, which was helpful. Great room for families. Loved the location- right near restaurants, Parque Kennedy, and easy walk to the malecon. Great views out the extensive windows. Would def stay here again!

We stayed here a week, got a bit tired of the same breakfast every morning, otherwise no complaints!

Clean, great staff, large rooms, and great breakfast

The side of the hotel we stayed faces on to a busy restaurant and bar area that is noisy at night. I am not sure what the hotel can do about it, there than soundproof the windows.

big room, good beddings, good room service, perfect breakfast, and also I like a lot that there was laminate and not tiles on the floor! warm floor is important

non-opening windows - that is really very bad. you cannot ventilate the room and refresh it with fresh air. my room was with street view and it was very noisy late at night and in the early morning about 5am

Everything was great.Close to everything.bars , food,love park,clubs.A safe please.staff and everyone was great. Best hotel.Thank you for everyone that was nice and helpful.We will stay again if we come back.
