Location is so perfect, right next to Kennedy park and airport shuttle. My room always gets breeze so I don’t need air conditioner at all at night. It’s very comfortable with the window open. But I’m not sure if it applies to every room. It’s quite even with the window open.

Once the window closed, there was a strong unpleasant smile. The AC blows wind right at me. And the light from the AC switch disturbs me at night. The room has double layers of windows to make the room quiet but for me it’s not necessary and the room didn’t feel comfortable with all windows closed for me.

Ventilation of toilet is not v good, its old school type with a ventilation window, which make me felt uncomfortable to keep open it Choice of breakfast is a bit limited, though venue is excellent Hair dryer is a bit weak

It is in the center of Miraflores and everything is really close by. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and there was warm water in the shower. We stayed two times, the 2nd time we requested a quiet room and they were happy to help us. Also leaving early in the morning we got some breakfast at our room. The breakfast the first time was adequate and was fulfilling

A bit the sound from a nearby club but we were aware. Make sure to ask a quiet room beforehand if you need some rest.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we felt very welcome! Millie on reception went out of her way throughout our stay to help us, she gave us directions, recommendations, helped us arrange a Covid PCR for travel and organised a taxi. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The reception had a computer you could use which was very helpful and there was always hot water! The location is great too as it is situated right next to Kennedy Park, great bars/restaurants and only a 15 minute walk from the beach!

The room was slightly on the smaller side but this wasn’t much trouble at all.

Took our very last minute booking due to our other hotel not existing. Very clean comfortable rooms. The shower was nice too. Great accessible location

The rooms could benefit from things like a mini fridge or a kettle given that they provide mugs and tea and coffee but we were only given a jug.

Loved the friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious and varied every day. I liked the comfy beds and the room is cleaned every day if you want the housekeeping to do it for you. Surrounded by plenty of bars and options to eat. Very close to the main locations in Miraflores and felt very safe there.

The room had a window that offered a beautiful view towards the nearest house wall which made the room dark all day.

This is my go-to hotel in Lima. The staff is very friendly and helpful, except the lady at night. Which is unfortunately when I get there.

If it’s one thing is the noise. Lima is noisy as hell to begin with. But, regularly the noise comes from the 5th floor. The kitchen.

Good localisation, friendly staff. Good cost for service. Good for a short stay or when you are planning to enjoy nightlife.

Soundproofing quite weak, if you are to enjoy the pubs and nightlife perfect, but if you need rest time neighbourhood can be too loud.

Location is very good and the online price is a good deal. Nice people working at reception and very comfy beds!

Some issues with the room. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear the aircon located outside during the night. Sleeping with the window open wasnt working due to this. If you're going to book the hotel, ask for a room higher up. Also flickering lights in our room (204) and the toiletseat was loose. No real big issues, especially for the price you pay and the location, but it had to be mentioned.

excellent location, very central. spacious and comfortable room with air conditioning. helpful and pleasant staff. breakfast is basic but satisfactory considering the cost of the room. very comfy beds.

can be a little noisy due to the central location but our room had double windows - as in one window which opened to another so they can’t do much more than that! the mirrors in the room we’re dirty when we checked in.
