In Hyatt Centric, nights four, I found a stay so grand, San Isidro's calls for work, in Lima's lively land. Check-in swift as morning breeze, with smiles warmly lit, Staff like friends in cheerful guise, in every gesture, wit. Breakfast tables richly spread, with benedict delights, Eggs that whisper tales of taste, in morning's early lights. Rooftop bar, a skyward gem, where drinks do dance and sing, Lima's canvas stretches wide, as evening shadows cling. Nestled 'mongst the vibrant streets, where bars and eats abound, Every corner, every turn, new pleasures to be found. Hospitality's fine art, in every detail shown, In Hyatt's embrace I lay, as if in home my own. From lofty heights, the city's heart in twilight's golden glow, A tapestry of lights and life, a vibrant, pulsing show. Here memories are woven, in threads of joy and ease, A traveler's haven, calm and bright, designed to charm and please. So, to the Hyatt Centric's doors, should fate my steps direct, With gratitude, I'll enter in, respect and fond regard elect. For in its walls, I found much more than just a place to stay, A chapter in my journey's book, a light along the way.

In the gym with treadmills lined, a runner's dream unfolds, Yet for chest and shoulders' gain, equipment sparse it holds. Paths for feet in steady stride, in abundance they do rest, Strength of upper frame, alas, finds lesser tools at best.

The room was spacious and soundproof, and the bed was comfortable. It is in a very good location in San Isidro, but it is an area of offices and private residences, so not much options of eating out around in the evening, at least by walking distance.

There was no main light on the room ceiling, we had to rely on the lamps, so the overall light mood is dim. Also, we had an issue with the reception: we used a card for the guarantee but wanted to pay with another one. The reception told us they would have to make a "symbolic charge to validate" the first card before cancelling (first time in my life that a hotel has asked me) but we didn't want to make any charge because of expensive bank fees for overseas operations. A reception manager appeared and tried to solve the issue, but she was aggressive in her way of communicating. In the end, they had to request the cancellation of the guarantee via phone with the card provider. This whole charade cost us a solid 30-minutes and almost made us lose our transportation.

Location, room, OK breakfast.

Unprofessional staff at the desk, poor English for five star hotel. I needed to repeat twice that the breakfast was included in my booking. In the meantime, I had really unpleasent situation with the restoran staff who was following me to charge the breakfast which situation was a result of the lack of communication between staff.

There are many beautiful hotels in Lima, and this one is no exception- but the staff and attitude of this hotel is what makes a stay here fanastic. The desk staff of Giancarlo, Ella, MariaGracia had to help us with many different things in a short 24 h stay after a flight cancellation and from early check-in, to arranging for Covid tests, to altered laundry schedules, many a query and request, they were beyond friendly, kind and efficient. This was such a contrast to the other 5* establishment we stayed in days prior. The rooms and especially the bed pillows are also comfortable and spaces are well soundproofed. The public spaces are beautifully modern. The restaurant is very good.

Modern and stylish hotel in the center of San Isidro. The room was spacious (Deluxe King), the bed super comfortable and everything very clean. Rooftop bar is a must and you cannot visit the hotel without going for a drink at Celeste solar bar. The breakfast/brunch is the best we had so far in a hotel! Besides, various restaurants and cafes are located in walking distance.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt - I traveled to Lima for vacation, but stayed longer when my university turned remote. Hyatt has great, clean and modern rooms, very fast Wi-Fi, and delicious breakfast. The gym is very large and clean, and the rooftop bar celeste is a great visit at night! The staff is always very friendly and helpful, making the stay a highlight of my trip.

The hotel is really comfortable and clean. The location is excellent.

The desk staff was not professional. Not really a good value for money.

Hotel is in a nice quiet location. Comfy bed not too soft with pillows friendly for back sleepers. Breakfast is fantastic.

Night lights under the bed that are supposed to automatically turn on with movement turn on/off randomly illuminating the room in the middle of the night.

I stayed at this property on February 13th. This is a great hotel for as location, atmosphere and amenities provided.

The young lady that checked us in wasn’t hospitable.

Location is great in the best district of Lima in San Isidro . Breakfast and restaurant is delicious .

Pool was cold and bit dirty it needed cleaning .
