The rates are relatively too high for our daily subsistence allowance for hotel accommodation.

This is a top class hotel with excellent facilities. The pool is amazing, jacuzzi outside and in the sauna are heavenly. Sauna and Steam sauna are so relaxing. It has a top notch gym with excellent techno gym equipment. Delicious breakfast with a great variety of choice. Special thanks to Jesus for his excellent service during our breakfast. Our stay was amazing. 100% recommended. We will be back ☺️

indeed 5 star experience, cannot complain, GREAT breakfast, friendly and helpful concierge and comfortable checkin-checkout experience great restaurants and bar-cafe it has, and not pricy for the elegance of food and especially the great service.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The property is location in a very safe neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants. The breakfast buffet was exceptional! There's a spa on site with entrance to the pool.

Slightly dated decor

Nice palace with convenient location and top notch services. Staff was always happy to help and really made our stay. Fancy room with very confortable king size bed. All the facilities (pool, gym, etc.) were great, accessible, and perfectly maintained. Qualitative buffet breakfast (on demand cooking / beverage preparation would have been a plus, though).

Breakfast was very good, one of the best pancakes I had. The room was very large and had quite good views, make sure you get rooms on the upper floors. Everything was clean and the bed was really comfy. Also, the area around the hotel seemed quite safe even at night.

The hotel is located next to some facility with huge fans on the roof, so if you are easily bothered by noise, make sure you get rooms higher up.

Beautiful quiet location in financial district. As it was Easter it was quiet but think it would be OK in normal day.

Pool area was a bit bleak.Could have done with more sun loungers and plants.

Bed, pillows, chair for desk even plugs por cell phone charger and notebooks were ok for not noreth american option. electrical curtains more comfort it´s opening.

Everything! The attention of the staff was great! Franco from the front desk was absolutely lovely and Enrique from Concierge was extremely attentive!

Gym was comprehensive, bed was very confortable and location perfect- close to tourist areas but not in tourist area (such as Miraflores)

Service was slow at both the bar and restaurant.
