The hotel has very spacious rooms and the spaces are clean and tidy. The hotel itself is on the older side and a very classic style. The location is more in the business sector so not near that many restaurants. Very safe!

The buffet for breakfast has a lot of options but taste and flavor could improve. The front desk is friendly most of the time but very rigid when it comes to requests. If you're in town for business I would recommend this hotel.

We were very well accommodated when we realized that even though we had requested a walk in shower, the one we were being given didn’t have one. So they upgraded us to a fabulous suite which was an absolute delight. Like being at home!! The breakfasts were fantastic and all the personnel were so agreeable and helpful.

It is a luxury hotel with great facilities and great staff, everyone was very helpful and supportive. The room is spacy and comfortable with all the things you might need. Even though it is not located in the most tourist area (Miraflores), its location is great, with lots of good restaurants at walking distance and in a nice neighborhood.

I had to explicitly request that my room be done, but quickly after the call it was done.

1. healthy options available in the breakfast menu, service by the restaurant staff 2. the initiative by Swissotel to give me a free upgrade and the very spacious room given to me; 3. the staff's flexibility in providing us breakfast "to go" on the day we had to leave very early in the morning

The rates are relatively too high for our daily subsistence allowance for hotel accommodation.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Exceptional room, very special restaurant and fun bar area. Concierge arranged a superb tour. Staff so accommodating. The included breakfast was the best ever in our fifty years plus of travel. Rating of eleven out of ten. Robert (from Bermuda)

Nothing could have been done better.

This is a top class hotel with excellent facilities. The pool is amazing, jacuzzi outside and in the sauna are heavenly. Sauna and Steam sauna are so relaxing. It has a top notch gym with excellent techno gym equipment. Delicious breakfast with a great variety of choice. Special thanks to Jesus for his excellent service during our breakfast. Our stay was amazing. 100% recommended. We will be back ☺️

Staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The property is location in a very safe neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants. The breakfast buffet was exceptional! There's a spa on site with entrance to the pool.

Slightly dated decor

Very nice 5 stars hotel. Great location. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, and very nice to have access to the swimming pool and small Spa area. I would definitely go back. Also, very comfortable beds!
