awesome location, great value for money, the accessibility and opening hours of the gym, good selection for the breakfast, attentiveness of the staff, flexibility in giving us a late check out, and the bidet in the washroom

Please replenish the water bottle in the room. We get it that you want us to recycle the bottles, but can you not give us 1-2 fresh bottles of water everyday? Another option is to give us a pitcher of drinking water in the bedroom, for ease of access, to be replenished daily; this arrangement would still satisfy your objective of promoting recycling/reusing and at the same time meeting the guests' needs. If the guests buy bottled water because the hotel does not replenish drinking water, does this not defeat the purpose of "promoting sustainability"? Second thing: Why does the aircon get turned off during the night? Twice, I woke up with the zircon turned off even if I left it on before going to sleep.

This Novotel is a good choice in terms of value for money in Lima. It is a little far from lively neighbourhoods like Barranco and Miraflores. Though we walked to it from Mirafloers in like 40 minutes, not everyone can. This is mostly a business district but clean, safe and calm. The famous Astrid & Gaston restaurant is just around the corner which was a plus to me. Staff very helpful, they gave us some small perks as well. They have a small pool - really small so just for practice - fresh, airy interiors, rooms are not too big but enough and beds are comfy. Breakfast was sumptuous. If this neighbourhood is convenient for you, I recommend it.

Most of the staff other than reception does not speak English which makes communication a bit hard.

Quiet area. Modern but inviting. Room was efficient but not too big or small. Bed was comfortable and large. Loved the separate water closet/bidet and bath. Thank for for a small window that opens but is safe for small children as it opens in a way one could not go out of it. Close to some dining and beautiful parks. Very clean. Kind service when we asked for it. The pool is adequate but nothing fancy. Indoor pools in Lima are a rare find! Next time I’d like to try the spa and sauna or salon.

The restaurant did not easily accommodate requests for basic things like water in a bottle that is acceptable to take to the pool. All drinks are in glass bottles which are not permitted in the pool area and seemed confused by my request to put it and my daughters fruit juice into a pool appropriate vessel. The normal cost of a room is well above the average for the city but the property itself is not more luxury than others in its class in Lima. The staff is kind and quiet meaning not overly attentive but helpful when you ask. The wifi instructions were not clear enough to follow without a phone call to reception as the app asks for last name and room number but they were using the event (business) wifi and a code. TV has very limited programming as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. My kids and husband were happy with everything. It was overall great. The location was very safe and only 2 blocks away from lovely restaurants. We can walk everywhere.

The restaurant and taxi pricing was a bit high, but we managed with using booking.com for these services. The hotel was a little old but very clean so no issues were there for us at all. Coffee was not available at 5 am but they eventually made it happen.

Excellent location, super friendly and helpful staff. They never hesitated to help out and answer any and all of our questions. I would definitely consider staying there again! The pool was perfect! The rooms had all the amenities needed and bed were extremely comfy! Very clean and bright. Absolutely no complaints!

The breakfast could be better, that's about it. Everything else was great! Dinner at the restaurant was superb!

The only downside is the extremely slow service in the restaurant. The quality of the food is good, although the variety is a little limited; but even during slow times, the delivery and attentiveness are below expectations for the Novotel brand

Comfortable bed. Quiet most of the time.

One night there was work being done and I could hear people on walkie-talkies outside my room in the middle of the night. Also the water was shut off that night. It would have been nice if they had filtered water in the lobby.

I had to stay here due to a cancelled flight and I did not want to go back to Miraflores. I was disheveled and a mess. I was welcomed warmly and my check in completely changed my mood. - thank you Jorge. I had lunch at the bar before going to my room and Victor was a joy. my room was immaculate, I love how they packed the towels, TP and other amenities in a plastic bag waiting on the bed. The bed was SO comfortable - the pillows out of this world. I had a rough day and staying one more night in Lima at this hotel made my travel the next day so much easier. Professional, friendly, over the top genuine. I work in the industry so I know what it takes. Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect! Location, Food, Room. Staff.

The Gym needs some maintenance with respect of the age of the equipment, but did the work!
