Accesible and quite, also clean and for money's worth, it's good enough.

It was around like 13:20 and guests are starting to check-in. There was only one receptionist which took quite a while for the other guests. Booking.com charged me for Php 1,316 but property collected for Php 1,500 (as what the receptionist said). Let me assume that she charged as for an early check-in. We got in at our room at exactly 13:56. I wasn't able to ask the receptionist at first since we're in a hurry to go to the loo and all around we're on the clock. Checked my account and was actually charged for Php 1,540. Come to think of it, it was the same price from their website when I checked the availability around May.

It was quite clean... everything I needed for my stay which is really more for business. Staff are very helpful and would accommodate as much as possible. They did not charge me extra for anything and I requested for pillows. Internet could be improved though.. Location is quite far but it was alright since it was also near a mall and public transpo was just there. Thank you Go.

Nothing really. I understood its state since I know that they were improving their facilities. It is far from the center but otherwise it was good. I guess they have to start renovating their rooms soon as it can be a little outdated... Otherwise, everything was very okey.

The staff were always approachable and as soon as you tell them to check the room for cleaning, they radioed it in an instant was did it straight away. They are very hardworking and attentive. All of the staff was nice even the guards greet you. Best service!

I think adding another bin in the room would be nice. Also couldn't use the rain option for shower because there's no door so water floods the whole bathroom. 😅

Value for money and close to city center.

Everything was good until check-out. We were asked to wait in the lobby while they checked the room. After a while, the receptionist really shouted to everyone whether we had taken the pitcher. We would have understood if they asked us in private but to shout it so everyone could hear was horrible, for a pitcher! Thankfully the security guard had vouched that they actually didn't provide our room with one because it was broken the day before. Imagine!

Great air con!!! I moved from another hotel because their air con was useless. ( I am Canadian if that helps ) Due to some health issues I had some special needs. All the staff were fantastic and did everything possible to make my stay as pleasant as possible.Having a shopping mall next door was a fantastic bonus! The masseuse was just what I needed.

I had a chest cold during my entire stay at Go Hotels....not their fault!!!!

Value for money was really good! We enjoyed our stay there. The accommodation looked like the photos and we’d come here again.

Wifi was horrible. There was a light in our room that we weren’t able to turn off and it was on the whole night, it’s not bright, probably just to help you find the bathroom at night or something like that, however they was still a bit annoying, but not a big deal at all.

The hotel staff were so friendly and amazing, clean room everyday and close to Robinson mall ,what can I dislike, certain staff have become personal friends and will stay every year on return

staffs were very helpful especially the guards..you don't really have to ask for their assistance and the housekeeping too..they'd ask if you need anything

the room is missing a table and chair and cabinets too..i'm pregnant so having my bag on the floor was hard for me

The staff are extremely helpful to us, very friendly and professional we could not ask for a better service, when we are in the area we will for sure stay there every time.

The WiFi is not the best, unstable at times slow or cut off.

-staff seems always busy to accommodate your needs- i have to go put of my room to get my toiletries - a little bit noise but understandable because they are upgrading
