WAS THERE FOR LONG STAY, LIVED THERE 3 WEEKS AND WAS TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT AND IT FELT LIKE FAMILY, THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACCOMMODATE ALL MY NEEDS. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN, IF EVER NEED TO STAY IN DUMAGUETE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

ATTENTION THEY PAID WHEN SPOKE TO ANY STAFF MEMBER, THEY WOULD GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PLEASE ME, THE CLEANLINESS OF THE WHOLE HOTEL WAS IMMACULATE, STAFF WAS ALWAYS BUSY, AND MULTI TASKING, FELT BETTER THAN HOME!

The room was very clean and well-maintained. I appreciated that there was a full-length mirror, a fridge and an electric kettle readily available. WiFi was all right, could be faster but still quite good for free access! I also enjoyed the food in the restaurant on the top floor. Service was warm and all the staff I encountered were friendly.

It's a bit out of the way location-wise but this could be good for you if you prefer somewhere quiet! Make sure to ask too if there is some coffee or tea provided with your kettle, but this is not a deal-breaker at all.

We rented the 3rd floor apartment, really spacious and comfortable... and the staff is really customer oriented. A had an all day van to take us to the port for APO Island. The only nice thing about this destination is swimming with turtles... But the service to take us there was good! We had Ace as our driver, he si now my FB friend! Very nice small TV living room... Huge kitchen with sofa, dining table... this is where most of the family hung out.

A bit pricy puck up from the port, 450 PHP.... its not very many km. same price to take us there when we left.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, provided us with lots of information regarding our stay and also with getting around the city and to the port, the room was cool and clean, and the shared bathroom was very nice to use. We chose to stay a little bit outside of the city centre so it was nice and quiet but still with plenty of shops and food close by.

The breakfast prices at the upstairs restaurant were not on the menu, and it was pricier than anticipated. I would recommend getting your breakfast elsewhere if you are budget conscious.

This place is a little gem, its off the beach but close to downtown. Its clean and the staff are very friendly. Big shout out to Gil and the staff of the kitchen the best breakfast in the Philippines is right there!

The bed's mattress was a little soft for my liking and the bed squeaked every time I moved but other than that the room was good.

The room I've stayed in was clean with 2 towels and complimentary chocolate bars. :D Their shared bathroom was also clean. I've slept comfortably also during my stay. Things to consider though, you might want to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and soap. I had to buy soap in the convenience store nearby as the liquid soap in the bathroom was empty. Other than that, everything was worth the stay!

Great customer service team there to answer any questions, arrange some great trips and always greeting you with a smile. Small room but compact and everything we needed for a few nights. I would 100% stay again.

very friendly staff and manager ... we needed only one night but food was very good and we even had some quality time with the people there. Great place to check out and dont forget to eat in the roof top 😁

location is close enough to centre but still a good 10 minutes which might be much in the hot phillipines 😋 but not for me need the extra exercises lol

A complete package residence. if your looking for a place that you could relax and chill will be highly recommending this place. The room was clean and convenient, they also serves delicious food, and lastly if you wanna have some fun/chill they had their on bar at the same time. Staffs are all approachable and the manager is so hospitable. Great experience and they had excellent service 💯👌
