The hotel's location is ideal as it is situated right in front of where the tour departs and is conveniently close to the city center where a variety of dining and drinking options can be found. The breakfast is exceptional and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond when some of my clothes accidentally fell onto the neighboring roof.

The activities in El Nido start early, so if you want to sleep late, I recommend you bring earplugs because the hotel is just in front of the boats' departure place.

We stayed in aqua travel lodge for 7 nights. We booked a standard double bedroom with mountain view. The room was big enough for us and the bathroom was not bad and i just loved the bidet! they provided toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soapbar and shampoo/conditioner). Wet clothing will not dry inside the room, so I recommend to hang it on the balcony overnight! The doors and windows are not soundproof, but for us it was not a huge inconvenience. The hotel provided breakfast that we ate on the terrace looking over the sea and the gorgeous mountains. Unfortunately during our stay they didn't have vegan breakfast options. But I ate bread with eggs which was good enough for me. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating to us and always ready to answer all our questions. They also booked the shuttle van for us, tricycles and the tours. The location of the lodge was perfect, all the restaurants and facilities are on walking distance.

Close to the beach, bars, activities around El Nido town. The hotel had a comprehensive breakfast choice and friendly staff that are very approachable. They listen to your issues and always help when needed. On our first day the aircon was leaking (can happen), and the next morning when informing they directly repaired the airconditioning unit and it didn't leak anymore.

The breakfast is comprehensive, but the waiting time can sometimes be too long. The system has a lot of room for improvement. Right now you need to reserve your breakfast the evening before, and announce your room number to the employee before you will get your breakfast, but when there are too many people at the same time you need to wait extremely long.

Nice spacious room and bathroom, awesome unexpected side view of the sea. Friendly staff. The breakfast area was simply gorgeous, we spent a rest day sitting looking out over the beach doing research. Breakfast itself was delicious and a good size. Location was brilliant!!

Our only negative for our stay was the island hopping tour which we booked through the hotel. It didn't have a vegetarian option for lunch only plain rice and plain noodles (no vegetables) even though we had asked and were told that it would, and it started an hour later than we were told, so we had a long wait sat in reception.

Best location in town!!! We moved from room 301 to room D after 1 week so we could be on the ocean. Although I love the ocean suite the one thing I didn’t like was the shower, sink and bathroom area was a bit smaller and the water didn’t drain out properly because there was no drain so the whole floor stays wet for hours when you need to use the toilet. They did give us a squeegee to pool the water to the other side but like I said the water has no where to go. On the other hand the front desk staff were above amazing and accommodating. The housekeepers were as well. Also the gentleman that served breakfast every morning was very pleasant!

we booked this last minute as a backpacker hostel and didn't disappoint. The staff at recpetion desk depsite 12 hour shifys was smiling,efficient and welcoming . No lift , we got a room on top floor but no issues . The overlook on ocean side was a nice perch to sit at and look at el nido bay and all the boats coming and bobbing. same place for morning breakfast was actually quite scenic and again staff served very efficiently -though limited choice but definitely value for money

there was a strong smell in bathroom from but i guess that is common sewarage issue

We particularly liked the breakfast room that had an overhead walkway, over the street, from the third floor. It then was almost over the beach and looked out to sea. The bed was nice and firm and comfortable. The shower room met our needs. It was central to El Nido, the beach, restaurants and shops.

It was noisy in the morning because our room was near the breakfast room which was busy early on. The air conditioning blew onto our bed but we eventually mastered how to get the fan level and temperature right. We could hear the music from the Art Cafe but that stopped about 11 pm. However, a kareoke bar could be heard until the early hours. Relatively basic place but the price reflects that.

Pros: -Location is superb. Beachfront and very close to everything. There are convenience stores nearby and a hypermart is just few minutes walk away. -Breakfast place has a very good and relaxing view of the beach. -The Wi-Fi is fast and commendable. If you’re planning to book for work, you won’t worry about the internet speed. All floors have fast Wi-Fi. -Lastly, the ates and kuyas (staff) were very accommodating and helpful. They greet customers with all smiles every time which is really nice.

Cons: -Experienced water interruptions especially during the morning probably because we stayed at the highest floor (4th). We managed to ask for a pail and a dipper though since water is only running on the faucet but not the shower. -Electric kettle and cup only available upon request. -No slippers and clothing iron available. -Power outages almost daily but doesn’t last for too long.

-staff were so accommodating with any questions or services we needed eg. tours, bike rental, laundry - tour c organised from hotel was the best tour we went on in Philippines - free breakfast, get a choice every night for the next morning - breakfast is on floor 3 looking out on the fabulous view of el nido.

- we didn’t have hot water in our shower, we should have enquired about it but never did.

The property is perfectly well restored, a few steps away of the port and in the very center of el Nido. Beds are comfortable and wifi and a/c work properly. I want to congratulate the staff for the excellent job they do and their professionalism, they made us feel at home and they helped us with absolutely everything, specially the woman at the reception (think it’s the owner). Breakfast is also very good, amazing view while having pancakes.

Nothing, I wish I had had the possibility to stay longer at this property.
