My family and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. I booked a total.of 6 rooms as I wanted to meet my friends and partner's family who live here in Iloilo. I give Marriott Courtyard an 8 due to the quality of service that its staff can offer. I never have met any staff as friendly, accommodating, and considerate in any hotels in the Philippines even in the UAE except here at Marriott Iloilo. This what makes this hotel great.

However, the hotel needs some paint job as it starts to look tired. In addition, the pool along with its bar and the like need some make over/remodelling to make them more aesthetically pleasing, classy and chic. Even the size of the pool is small considering the number of guests that the hotel can accommodate. I feel that you don't totally get your money's worth considering the facilities they have.

Thank you very much for the warm welcome at FO. Ilongga charm at its best. Also, good service at the buffet resto and cafe…friendly and efficient. Security around the hotel made us feel just that: secured. Two thumbs up! Housekeeping equally attended to/ accommodated our requests. They were smiling all the time and making their very difficult job seem like “just a breeze.” Kudos!

Quality of food at the resto and cafe still leaves much room for improvement. Ilonggo cuisine sets a high standard sadly missing at Courtyard at present. Lots of luck (and sweat) in this endeavor!

Very clean rooms and comfortable big beds. Bathroom was big and very well stock with toiletries. Had iron board and iron which was useful.

There is a window from the bathroom to where the bed is, even though there are blinds...it's still leaves barely there privacy as blinds didn't fully close. Good thing I shared a room with my sister. Arrived on the night of a big festival and being on the city view side...noise was crazy. Luckily it was just one night but can hear road side traffic when it's busy.

We stayed here due to Panay Island blackout. It is indeed a comfortable experience. Quite pricey compared to other hotel but it serves well to its quality. Furniture are very modern and well maintained. Staff are very efficient from checkin and when we asked for assistance with our room. Security/lobby guards are very accomodating and helpful.

The bed is too soft (for my preference) which can be uncomfortable to the back.

Room is very clean and comfortable and also the workers are very friendly and helpful 👍We also enjoyed using the gym and swimming pool which is located at the second floor.

I’m not impressed with their food especially the breakfast buffet,some of the food are not hot enough maybe because they are sitting there for awhile.

Definitely the best hotel in Iloilo. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was very modern and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - a great selection of buffet items - and the chef even came over to ask if there was anything I'd like specifically for breakfast the following day. Location wise, it was right next to the mall so a quick walk. And easy to get taxis or transportation to other parts of the city. There was an issue with a water pipe bursting in my room one night, a quick call to the front desk and the staff were really efficient at finding me a new room and making sure I was comfortable there and repairing the problem in the original room, even though it was the middle of the night. Thanks for an excellent stay.

The breakfast buffet was good.

I booked the hotel for three people. It was shown on the website that there would be a king size bed and a sofa bed. However, when we got there, the sofa bed was actually just a tiny sofa where you can’t even sleep on. We ended up sleeping all three of us in the same bed. They were going to charge us extra if we wanted a third bed so I thought, nevermind as we were only staying one night. The room also smelled like old stale linens in a cupboard when we came in.

Being a long time faithful Marriot Hotel client & having a sister who worked for Marriot, I know what to expect from Marriot. My sister used to say, first start with friendly, polite personnel. Clean and plenty of ammenities too. Quiet location in a growing city.

Thiught the food was lacking a variety fruit at breakfast. Bacon, was too greasy.

The location of coffee mugs, coffee, etc. found a tray and kettle on the top of the drawer. No signs where to find it. Have to call the front desk to find it. It was located in one of the drawers.

The internet was fast. The room was very clean. I love their breakfast buffet. The gym was really nice and spacious.

The waiter at the restaurant were not responding nicely. We ordered some drinks and they keep us waited for an hour. We followed up but they keep us telling to wait.
