The room was very clean. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was tasty. It was near SM shopping mall for easy dining and shopping for pasalubongs.

They hosted another event and shuffled us to a cramped area for breakfast. Not good at all. I didn't even have a table but had to use my lap for my plate and the floor for my drink. The bed also was very cramped. I had asked for a queen bed but got shuffled to a room with twin beds which were super narrow. I could barely turn for fear of falling off. It was a good thing that there were a lot of Grabs in the area otherwise there is a long walk to get to the main road to get a taxi or other public transport.

Location was superb. Breakfast not in my bucket list.

No microwave & the bath area floor was too shallow where water overflow near the main entrance and toilet bowl. Front desk verification of guest policy. My guest needs to call us first to inform us that we need to call the receptionist to let them know that we are expecting a guest. I thought it was the receptionist to call us first if we are expecting a guest coming over, but it was the way around. I'm not sure if that is your system/protocol for security reason.

Space in the upgraded room / suite. Location to SM Mall. Great breakfast.

When we first arrived we were given 918. The single beds are way too small. For the room size a larger single and one double bed would be more comfortable for guests. I am staying at Belmont hotel Manila where, for the same size room, there are two small double beds. OK Because of the size of the beds I paid to upgrade the room to a suite 525 with a great size bed. My feedback is based on this room. The other big issue was the water smells and flooding in the bathroom from the shower. Your housekeeping staff work really hard and I would like to thank Joy for her commitment to helping to make our stay exceptional. Also Geraldine on the front desk made us feel valued guests. I’m a solo female traveler. I recently sold my parents’ beachfront property outside of Iloilo city. Safety, convenience & accessibility are important to me. I now found my “home” away from home @ Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo. I felt safe, convenience to SM Mall (right next door; connected by a bridge for rainy weather!) & friends & family have easy access to join me. Keep up the GREAT job, Park Inn staff 👍🏻

Hot water was not “steaming” hot. But given the hot weather outside it was actually refreshing to have it as it was to cool off my body!

Excellent hospitality and clean, modern facilities. They try to be sustainable and had a water pitcher replenished daily by the housekeeping staff when they clean the room. They also had a water dispenser on each floor for refills. Safe and secure with elevator-access control. Conveniently linked to SM City Iloilo for shopping and eating. The buffet breakfast is varied and gives you many options. The waiting staff are attentive. Buffet is discounted for children. My little cousins enjoyed breakfast and the pool.

There were brief issues with the the card for elevator access but they promptly resolved the situation. Since they had an event, there were days we ate breakfast at the extension area outside the main dining hall. The buffet is pricey but worth it when you have your fill.

Good quality linen. Staff very friendly, attentive and service good . Breakfast is very good n varied. We stayed 10 days , even gave us packed breakfast when we has to leave hotel very early for trips n airport.

We booked 2 rooms with twin beds, seperate beds for 2 unrelated persons sharing in each room for 10 days stay, but on arrival , hotel gave us king-sized one bed in each room. So we had to get rolled in extra bed which is not so comfortable for 10 days stay , becos hotel full. This is NOT acceptable but we had no choice. Hotel did NOT even advise me of this problem b4 we arrive. Very disappointing.

Staff were nice and approachable, rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was sumptuous.. The location was very strategic as it is connected to the mall making it convenient for us to go to and fro especially since we cannot go around the city with a toddler as it was rainy. Will definitely book Park Inn again if traveling back to Iloilo.. 😊

There was this cigarette smoke like smell upon entering the room which eventually faded..Not sure if we inhaled it all or we just got used to the smell that it became unnoticeable later on..

The room size was just right for me as a solo traveler. And the set-up of the room was just right but the desk would have been better facing the wall rather than the window, as the draft from the AC would hit the back of the person sitting by the desk. The bathroom was nicely set-up too. And the location at by SM Mall was super convenient if one wants to shop or dine in the many restos in the mall.

Like mentioned earlier, the position of the desk could be improved. A trash bin in the bathroom would be most useful instead of having to go to the only trash bin under the desk. A bath mat would also be nice to have by the shower door, since water also covers the floor outside the shower. Nice to step out to a dry floor mat. Lastly, the tissue in the bathroom is that used for hands like in public restrooms, but too rough for the face. A better facial tissue would be proper.

As a solo female traveler , I LOVED the WHOLE package…location, safety, cleanliness, staff, food, facilities etc. I recently sold my parents beach front property outside Iloilo City & now found a new “home” away from home. I signed up to be part of Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo “frequent flyer” & recommend its facility. Keep up the GREAT job👍🏻

spacious & minimal clean design,especially lobby, bar,dining area.. location just across SM, drop off & parking space in front, love the filipino breakfast buffet! good staff - young guy doorman very helpful with parking our car & waitress Tania is good,makes short conversations with us guests.

i booked 2 months in advance, 1 king bed, booking confirmation says 2 twin beds, i left a message to confirm 1 king bed, their reply is depends on availability. huh? i already paid 2 months in advance and for that room price and its not guaranteed!?! sure enough, when i entered our room 307 its 2 separate twin beds and the housekeeper has to combine 2 twin beds & fix the sheets/blankets in front of us. i also called 2 weeks ahead and asked if i could reserve table for 20-25 people for dinner, kate said she will check if available (uh that’s why i call wayyy ahead) & e mail me the menu..she did followed up 9 days after but i already booked Dinner Buffet for 25 people at Courtyard Marriot.
