The room is cozy, although just the "basics" were there, the location was good. Overall, still a convenient and good experience for a week in Iloilo.

Housekeeping was just very limited and difficult to request on bed sheet replacement (when you had your red day and accidentally left a spot) had to wait and follow up to be able to get replacement the following day. Some issues too with the elevator but gladly there was a service elevator available. A portion of the room near aircon had small leak. Please don't expect a good WIFI signal as well.

The lobby was big and nice. the room is good. TV is easy to use. The sheets are clean and so many pillows which is good. I was comfortable during my stay here. the location is very convenient since there are restaurant, malls and accessible to the public transportation.

what I dont like about here was that I wasn’t aware that it is a pay at the property rule. I thought it was already paid since I used my card. Its okay for me to pay at the property but since I have planned my trip as well as my expenses my bill will pile up because they only took the payment on the day I checked in. I hope they can put that note (pay at the property) bigger on their ads. another thing is the wifi is weak hence I used my data all the time here.

The room they provided was exceptional we love that they gave us what we requested. We love the staff they are very courteous and accommodating. Location is spot on, being just beside Rob mall extremely convenient! We love the clean sheets. Deal breaker is them providing water which is never offered by other hotels. They have a dispenser of hot and cold water even normal water. Go Hotel ILOILO is the best value hotel any traveler must choose to stay

Maybe they can improve 9n the speed of the WIFI which 8s a necessity for those with remote work.

WiFi is available and has a strong signal. Location is perfect for my needs...no need to take a taxi to go shopping or dining. every establishment i need is within the same building as the hotel. Water pressure is good both hot and cold.

I saw small cockroaches in the room TV was out of order the last time i stayed in the hotel

I liked that the staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is accessible to everything, and the rate is not expensive. 

The bathroom - there were small cockroaches, a small trash bin, the sink clogged (even after we lifted the metal that covered the hole to drain, it took us a while), and it was not tidy enough. The bed - 2 pillow sheets have blood droplets, which shook us, but we just put them on the side. Bedside table on the left: - small cockroaches were crawling. Cable tv - most of the time, it loses its signal. 

The staff are courteous and friendly. They would help you right away with your needs. Very accomodating also. The bed sheets and towels are clean. The toilet is clean and the lobby is nice. I also like the location of the hotel because it is near to all the shops and there were taxi's and jeepney stops in front. It is easy also to locate. I'll be staying here again on my next trip. Thank you.

I think the wifi should be upgraded or boosters for GLOBE Telecom because inside the room is a dead spot. I have a hard time accessing the internet which is what i needed for the work. Hope you upgrade the signal of the internet. Thanks.

I like how comfortable the room is. The staff are also nice and very accommodating. I love how there's an option for GCash payment too. Also, I can have my food delivered to my room. The location is also great as it's in the mall and Starbucks is just downstairs. The wifi is also good. I was able to focus with my work and was able to sleep well after a long time.

I cannot open the curtains.

Proximity to city, standard room size, great room rate promo offer. Appreciate the availability of drinking water. Had some stuff to bring home, thanks for the temporary storage space.

No refrigerator but not necessary for me.

I love the staff especially Shine and Charm. They were courteous and extremely accommodating. I love the overhead shower and the clean sheets. Location for me is the deal breaker and Go Hotel is strategically just beside the Robinsons mall which made it super convenient. And of course, Starbucks which is just at the right wing of the hotel. I'd recommend that they fix the laptop counter to be a little sturdier. All else, excellent.
