I recently had the pleasure of staying at the property and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. They were not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating to any requests or inquiries I had. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions or addressing minor concerns, the staff handled everything with professionalism and a smile. Aside from the very pleasing outside look of the place, we chose this hotel for its location. It is near Museums, Malls and is also a walking distance from the Instagramma Walls. You can easily point out to jeepneys and trycs where you want to be dropped off by asking if it’s around the route of the Capitol, Museo Iloilo or The Atrium. The staff are also very friendly and the place is clean, we had dinner at their Wander House Café and we especially liked their Cucumber Lemon juice. We’ll definitely stay here again if we go back 😊

This place is great, and it has a poolside bar and food available. The staff here is incredibly friendly and professional and they always go the extra mile to satisfy your needs. Huge clean rooms and comfy beds.

There is a bit of noise coming from the church nearby and the café next door but nothing serious. The curtains do let a bit of light through.

I was expecting a normal sized room for 2 but daaaaang! they gave us the room about the restaurant which is waaay to big haha but it was a great experience, we had a great view from the balcony, lots of windows, the bathroom was huge! The staff was sooo friendly as well.

Parking space. They had a birthday party going to at the restaurant so the parking space was packed. Pretty much a lot of shared spaces with private guests

The staff are very accomodating,smiling,and the requests are addressed quickly. The place is in a very good location. Walking distance to the mall and to the famous Lapaz Market where we had the authentic lapaz batchoy. And the pool is always open. Nice place for family with kids.

The food and beverage is very pricey but good thing they are allowing food deliveries so better bring/order your own food from outside.

Very good spacious family room slip in two with separate toilet and showers .Staff very friendly and helpful as I extended our stay,and when enquiry about staying again was offered a discounted rate which I booked in advance.

On second day of stay shower heater stopped working so only able to take cold shower.. Bar very poorly stocked with alcohol especially lager..Rooms do need. More supplies of shower gell and or soap and toothpaste as not enough for a family stay, and no throw away slippers available for guests.

The room was very spacious and there was lots of hot water. We loved the pool and the staff were lovely. The location is good ....we were able to walk to the port to get ferry to Palawan.

We didn't think the attached restaurant was very good....we had a burger and tuna melt sandwich. Maybe other options were better?

Good location close to the port and great pool. Handy to have a cafe and pool bar so no need to go out for food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had great amenities, including kettle and toothbrush!

The bedsheets and floor were quite stained, although otherwise everything was clean

only the parking area. there is no much space for parking if there are many guest. like for us we came little bit late and we park temporarily at the back of the car of one guest as advised by the security then a staff called me while we are resting in the room to transfer our car because the owner of that car will be leaving.

more parking space for the guest.even if the hotel is very nice if there are lot of guest and no parking space some guest maybe will find a new hotel to stay.

The location, first and foremost. The Castle, as locals call it, is an old building/mansion which is just across the government buildings. Outside the parking, you can easily look for a ride. Taxis and jeeps are available. GrabTaxi is also present in that area. The staff are all accommodating and very soft spoken. Lastly, I liked the food in their resto. Ambiance of Wander House is very homey and relaxing.

We got two connecting rooms but the other had no bidet and heater. Also, the bar is very close to our room so it inevitably noisy until 1am. Aesthetically, I didn't like the color of the wallpaper as it made the room look very old. They could have stuck with neutral colors instead of red. Lastly, I found a small cockroach in the cabinet.
