It's Great to stay there even for 1 night, Sobrang helpful ni sir edwin nag assist po sakin to avail the room, accessible sa terminal 3 Airport, super clean room complete amenities Ang babait ng staff mga security. Very convenient location, walking distance from naia 3. Hot shower, aircon working. fairly comfortable overall.
Palm Tree Genlex is a wrong name, it was Palm Tree 2. It took 30 min asking security guard to figure where my booking was. It was hard because my arrival was midnight, very tired and sleepy. Next morning, I locked the door and went out to buy water. When I return and try to unlock the door, the key twisted broke in the middle. I have never seen such flimsy key. The care taker had to charge me extra p100 for duplicate of the key. Lastly, the rate of booking.com showed P1,836 but care taker charged me P2,060. He explained that the additional was for the commission of booking.com, which I did not know.

Had everything I needed for a short stay.
Cock roach was running on floor in morning and bathroom handle was dangerously loose. Had to wait in reception for 35 minutes to be taken to the room.
