1. Staff. From check-in till check-out time all my contacts with the personel was pleasant and positive. The staff is helpful and polite. My requests was completed quickly and friendly. 2. Location. Good modern district of Manila. Huge shopping center nearby. A lot of restarants in foodcourt area nearby. And of course 7-Eleven only 50 meters far from the backdoor of the hotel. 3. We took 2-bedroom appartments because I treveled with my family (4 persons). There was one bedroom with bathroom for adults and one bedroom with two separate beds for kids. There was a big living room with the kitchen and aditional toilet. Kithen contein all that is needed, refregarator, dinnerware, even washing machine. Conditioners and TV in every room. I think, this appartments is most convinient for the families. 4. Breakfast and dining. A lot of dishes, good choise for breakfast and during the day. Perfect choise of wine, I didn't see on Philippines like in this hotel. 5. Swimming-pool. Located on the third floor it is on the terrase. Even on the very hot days water stays not so hot and very refreshing. I liked this hotel so much so we even stayed there on our way back for the second time.

I liked almost everything about this hotel. Only one thing to improve. The water in the Swimming-pool was a little bit muddy.

The rooms exceeded my expectations. The studio was bigger than what I expected. The one-bedroom deluxe was outstanding, complete with fully equipped kitchen facilities and a washer-dryer. While some of the pans and pots showed signs of wear and could use replacement, they were still functional. What truly set the experience apart was the hotel’s exceptional pet-friendly policy, though I do hope they consider reducing the additional pet fee.

The restaurant was noticeably short-staffed, particularly during the New Year’s breakfast on January 1st. I had to request utensils five times before receiving them. Additionally, the breakfast buffet could benefit from more variety, as the options were quite limited.

The rooms were very spacious. We are planning to acquire the wedding package and the staff gladly gave us a tour and some details for our inquiries. The breakfast buffet was so good and tasty. The hotel is very clean and welcoming of our pet. Everyone from the security, check-in, all staff are very friendly.

We have a pet with us, maybe in the future they might have a section of the breakfast lounge be available to pet owners since the area is very spacious and there are tables that are not used. We had to eat one by one as we cannot leave our small dog alone in the room. The phone in our room was not working properly. The drainage on our shower was somewhat clogged and overflowed but it could be an isolated case.

The unit was big and so was the toilet. Had a very nice ambiance for a short stay and complete with amenities. Celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary, we were completely surprise that the hotel gave us a greet with free 1 bottle of red wine. Air-con was also good we need to adjust to a temp that would suit our bodies.

The breakfast might be upgraded, their could be more improvement. Suggest the breads would have more variety with brown bread, french bread and more cold cuts in the entree. I didnt see bacon, omelettes to be done as requested, also juices were limited to 1 - apple juice should be 3-4 variants. Their should be some tweek or a specialty of the hotel - like filipino arroz caldo, champorado etc. Overall breakfast was average for us.

We stayed at the 3 bedroom suite and it was very spacious. The rooms, beddings, bathroom, and utensils were clean, and everything smelled great. There were enough amenities in each room. The location is also great. It's a 10min ride away from malls and restaurants. The staff were also very kind and attentive. We requested for a late check out, and seeing that the room we were staying at is not booked for the day, they allowed us to check out at 2pm free of charge. When we reported a dysfunctional hair dryer, they promptly responded and went to our room to check. Overall, would recommend staying here with friends to unwind and relax even just for a little bit.

The breakfast buffet was also a nice touch, although I would hope for more variety. It was a bit limited.

Stayed in another suites-accomodation as well. This one is so much better. Very comfy, nice bedrooms, good deco, quite okay breakfast (much better actually then we expected), nice staff. No complaints! We have 2 teenage kids 15 and 17 and we always prefer a suite/apartment (instead of 2x rooms at a upscale hotel) as we like to spend time together as a family. Obviously these apartment-suites are a much better deal than e.g. the Shangri La (closeby to this place) or similar. By the way, location is good/very good, but better take a GRAB than walking e.g. to the SM Mall (it's def not a nice walk)

The breakfast was geared towards Asians, I'd say in a 80%-20% ratio compared to western food. Not a big issue though

I expected something minimal for breakfast because it was "continental" however they exceeded my expectations. It was a great breakfast to say the least. The pool was also very nice. It was half covered to avoid sun burn during the hot sunny days and it was also long enough to swim laps which was nice for cardio.

The glass shower door was missing from the bathroom in the main bedroom and was replaced with a shower curtain. The floor puddled up while showering and I needed to put a towel down to avoid slipping and falling.

I was utterly disgusted at how they treat me and my family from the moment we walked in.! All the staff are too friendly! We are not here to make friends, so why are they too happy to serve us? From the moment we checked in, we were supposed to carry our heavy luggage to our room because we are so used to some hotels leaving us alone, not looking after us and all, but for some reason, this bell boy just happily helped us and carried all of our things to our room and assisted us nicely! Who does he think he is making our family happy and comfortable? The room is especially too spacious and clean! It's definitely more than what I payed for, I didn't asked for this! We even have a surprise complimentary wine and cookies! ( since it's our wedding anniversary ), which was really uncalled for! And what's up with the room amenities? Are they expecting us to live here? It feels like it's too homey! The living area is huge! The bedrooms are too! The kitchen and dining area are even complete with all the utilities and utensils and it even has a washing machine, and all! Aren't I supposed to check out the other hotel amenities? I can't leave the room now since it's too cozy! I especially HATE how our kids feels like they'd love to live here! How are we supposed to go home now? Even my family loves the food so much and now we have no choice to come back next time! They set the bar too high for hotels, that if there would be any "value for money" topics about hotels, I have no choice but to say Citadines Millenium now! It's really frustrating! Now, I can't even try booking on other hotels anymore because my family likes it here!

We checked in late at 7pm. Front desk guy Paul i think is very nice and cordial. The hotel went out of their way to even have balloons, a gift and a Happy Birthday sign for my daughter. I got a 2 bedroom suite and it was amazing!!! The facilities are awesome even with a washing machine and a complete kitchenette. The sheets are clean. The shampoo and conditioner are soft on my hair. Breakfast is a hybrid. You order a main course but all the other aide dishes are buffet! The pool is not big, but perfect for leisure swimming. Internet is stable too.

Downsides - aircon is too cold for me even if i live in usa lol The fitness center could have a sauna. They dont.

At arrival I got a free upgrade of the room which was a nice surprise. The rooms are spacious and the amenities nice. Good location in Ortigas close to nost malls and plenty of food options. The breakfast was good with a mix of asian and western options

Even on the 9th floor, you can hear a bit of traffic.
