Really loved staying at this inn so much so that we booked here 3x within the month. It is not a fancy hotel but was a superb fit for our simple needs. The staff were great and very attentive from the security guards, front desk personnel and housekeeping. Huge shout out to Patrick, Edward, Colleen, and Kayla for making our stay even more hassle-free. Location was excellent which is a 4 minute walk to SM Mega and Shangri-la and MRT Shaw station.

The Horizon cafe staff weren't as friendly or warm as the rest of the crew. We kept needing to ask them to refill some items which weren't always met despite them telling us they would. You could somehow sense some insincerity except for one older chef who was very very nice and provided service with a smile. Wish we caught his name so we could also commend him. The cabinet drawers were flimsy and water leaked out since the shower glass door wouldn't fully close. But overall, we would still book with this hotel.

The staff were very courteous . Roel from house keeping was very helpful with our needs such as bottled water. On our last day after staying for 12 days, I requested if we can check out late around 3 pm as I wasn’t feeling well and Kaela at reception gladly let us check out late waiving extra charge. The guards were also courteous opening door for us every time we come and go from hotel. The place was very near from mega mall shopping center. The bed was very comfortable and I was able to sleep well. The water pressure in the shower was quite strong.

The bathroom needed little renovation.

the location was very convenient and accessible as it had two major malls closest to the hotel and had restaurants easily reached by walking from the hotel. staff's hospitality was also excellent, helping us with all of our requests and questions.

i expected an airport shuttle to pick us up from and take us to the airport as it had been advertised and included in the facilities when i booked the hotel. However when i asked the staff themselves, they stated they had NEVER used the shuttle even though it was in excellent condition, just prettily parked right beside the hotel. that was a little off-putting. Also, our room had a dripping problem with our air-conditioner and had to put up with leaving a soggy drenched towel on the floor underneath the air conditioner throughout our stay. I hope they get that fixed soon.

Absolutely fabulous. I got it on sale I guess, so it was a really good value. It was like staying in premium hotels in Abu dhabi and Dubai but of course they do not have the amenities like 5 star hotels, but the comfort of the room, and accommodating personalities of every staff from guard, cleaners and reception was awesome. The room was spotless, smells good, the bed linen and pillow is so comfortable( 5 star quality). The room has small fridge, hair blower، kettle, free 2 pairs of slippers, 2 big towels, 2 small towels, cabinet, safelock Finally, a lot of electric outlet.. like a lot in room 520. They have 3 pins UK/UAE standard in the toilet, and US standard everywhere.

The water flow is too strong but I guess I could have reported it but I was too lazy to do so. I did not see where I can adjust the flow.

The room was really nice and we also got a free upgrade so that was definitely a plus. The location is very close to the hotspots in the Ortigas CBD and the room was very tidy. It was well worth the money. There are disposable slippers and a bathrobe. The towels are fresh and clean. Wifi connection was great. There is free parking which was really nice. The parking was tight though but the guards did their best to help us park smoothly.

Not much we could say about it. The only thing probably is the doorlock of the bathroom doesn't work which was okay for us because we're a couple but I could imagine it be an issue for others.

Staff were helpful and responsive to assistance requests. Special appreciation for the security guard Noli and his colleagues manning the property who were always helpful, assisting with directions and different ways of getting around the neighborhood. Breakfast is a generous buffet which may be good value if you want to heap it on for the day. :) Conveniently near a 7-11 and not too far from different shopping malls and churches

Depending on the room you get, the view is likely to face one of the many office buildings surrounding the property. Location is great for amenities, but depending on interests, it may be quite far from the major historical sites to see, and it's not included in the pick-up locations of the out-of-town tours, which may be inconvenient because of too much traffic everywhere Room given was quite small but adequate; in general the hotel has limited open spaces

The excellent service from the staff, especially Patrick (check-in and assistance with SIM card), Keila/Eduard (check-out) and generally friendliness and helpfulness of ALL the staff. The two gentlemen serving in the dining room during breakfast were excellent, efficient and so helpful. The bed was one of the best hotel beds I have slept on. The locality of the hotel was good. I had booked a room including breakfast, somewhere between Booking.com and the hotel there was miscommunication and resulted in me having to pay for the breakfast. Booking.com has kindly agreed to reimburse me for the breakfasts. Thank you much appreciated.

I used to have a leisure staycation in most of the hotels in the metropolis. This time, I was really stressed out with my work and had to have an outlet with my co-worker. I was supposed to get an overnight accommodation in some of the prestigious hotels near Ortigas, but due to budget and late booking, I did not get my preferred room type. Luckily, as I was browsing the net, I came across with this hotel… I did read all the reviews, and I murmured to myself was “Wow, OMG!” I booked the room instantly, and I was flabbergasted once again as you have the option to pay at the hotel or pay it online (that’s a humongous plus for me). I was literally floored. I had imagined the hotel to be this pristine clean, having spacious room, great staff, sumptuous meals, and unparalleled service… and throughout our stay, we’re in the abyss of happiness as all what I pictured out came to fruition. You truly manifest your #100WaysToBeHappy slogan. Before we enter the lobby and after checking out, it was a blast and your friendly guards have impeccable service. I never had that experience for a long time, and I just want to say “thank you.”  Spacious rooms  Fast and reliable WIFI connection  Hot and cold shower – plenty of water supply  Great location  Comfy beds and A/C maintained the room cool  Slippers and bathroom essentials  Warm smiles and greetings from all staff including the guards

1. Mini bar list – I checked it out from the lobby staff, and they said that it’s not available. I hope that this will be offered all the time, as I overheard from the other guests that they also asked for it, but to no avail. It’s another “bang for the buck” for your guests and will definitely catapult another level of happiness. 2. Horizon Café – It was minutes past the hour of 6AM, and the attendant when we entered the café was not around. So, we had to wait for a while as there was only a small group of guests dining that time. The breakfast selection was not that extensive, though they are really delicious. It also took some time to replenish other food, and you would have to ask for it.

Great location - walking distance from Pearl Drive which is a haven of Asian food / restaurants. Staff -AMAZING, every single one from guard to housekeeping, reception and wait staff were super accommodating and anticipate needs. Some high end hotel staff could learn to do their jobs better observing Jinjiang employees! Buffet breakfast - more than decent spread: fruits, yogurt, cereals, bead, rice, noodles, dimsum, even cookies. Standout? The tapa (I think I had 3 servings!), congee with fixings like century egg and peanuts, omelet station. Rooms were spacious, with a lot of electrical outlets, which I loved, and also the shower water pressure and temperature were perfect!

Everything in the room was new and clean. The bed was ultra comfortable. The air conditioner was topnotch (Carrier). Basic toiletries were provided along with towels and slippers. They have a smart TV where you can use screen mirroring if you didn't bring your HDMI cable with you to stream. It's also within walking distance of malls and corporate buildings.

No bathrobe, but like I said above, they provide slippers. The room's lights are also a little dimmer than usual but again, a matter of preference.
