i like the way the room had been prepared when we arrived and they approved my request for a kettle and cup, that a plus factor. i appreciate also the friendly staff that greeted us

we stayed for 2 nights and three days, i asked that the room be cleaned on our second day. according to my staff they mopped the floor and changed the towels. but they forgot to sweep the floor, so i still saw the hairs and crumbs on the floor when i returned in fhe evening. but thats okay, i still appreciate how quiet the enronment was and my son enjoyed his stay on the place

The room overall corresponded to the pictures, which is nice, its not always the case, but in this case it was. Room can be cleaned when you want, the staff is really friendly, its in a good location, with the supermarket right nearby and some of the things you can see also nearby. Good price-quality ratio. The comfort of the room is good, inet was not always the best, but good enough, and the TV didnt have that many channels working but those are minor things, overall i enjoyed staying here.

For our family's stay in Manila, we reserved two rooms at this hotel. The parking spot was secure, and the location was good. A major benefit is also having easy access to restaurants and supermarket. The personnel was really helpful, and the restrooms were nicely kept. Both a communal hall with lots of natural light and a quiet space where you can study or work are available. This is among the best go hotels locations we've reserved.

Our rooms were very cold because it was difficult to operate the AC unit's controls. Apart from the door alarm of one of the rooms we reserved going off constantly, our visit was excellent.

Large room, lots of common areas to sit, eat and talk. Quiet AC, not much noise from outside.

The hotel sending an email threatening to cancel the reservation by 6pm if we don't provide a deposit and confirmation by credit card, even through the room was fully paid for in advance and I clearly indicated we were checking in at 8pm. The room also had no windows.

No complementary drinking water No slippers No clothe's hanger No wardrobe Room is not properly soundproofed ( you can hear all the noise in the hallway) The shower takes a long time before it gets warm (which is a waste of water)

Very nice staff and good rooms. Hot and cold shower, tv, wi-fi, saftybox. Good beds. What more do you need? That's why I came back here. And I could come back again!

Location is maybe a bit far from many things, but still walkingdistance from Inframuros and big museeums.

We extended out stay unexpectedly due to training, so basically this hotel was our home for 2 weeks. The bed was comfy same as with pillow. Addition al pillow wold have been awesome

I spent my stay reseting again and again the wifi to restimulate the internet which is the weakest part in this hotel.

The place is very nice,clean ,comfortable and very convenient to stay because there'ssupermarket,restaurants ,Starbucks and banks downstairs . They have also parking space for the customers. The staff are also friendly and accommodating.
