Everything was great, the beds were super comfortable, good wifi & nice vibe! The location was also perfect! The staff were extremely helpful & friendly! Would stay here again!

That when asking for prices for excursions & taxis etc, different staff gave you different prices! That’s the only negative comment I can say about our stay!

Cute wee stay in Moalboal. Short walk to main area along the beach. Clean & tidy, with access to cold filtered water cooler. Staff have separate flip flops for guests to swap into at the front door to keep the floors clean. Room was spacious, and comfortable, with good air con in the room. Was quiet at night.

Only mild things to note: the shower pressure was not super strong, and no kettle to make up a coffee/tea that was in the room - check with Reception if you want one. Lots of big potholes on the road leading to the entrance - hard for cars and bikes to navigate through. Stairs only here for those who have trouble walking up stairs.

The location is great, right in the middle of bars, restaurants and the beach where you can swim with turtles and sardines right off the shore! You are also around many tour vendors so you can easily book tours or grab motorcycles to go out for the day. The hotel itself is clean and quiet with good aircon. It is a great price for a private room and we enjoyed out time. There is also Netflix on the TV although the internet was not always stable for watching. There were also water dispensers on both floors right by our room which was really nice.

The Wifi wasn't always stable and was often disrupted on the second floor so when watching the Netflix it often paused for extended periods or didn't work at all. The shower head in our bathroom didn't fit the fixture properly so often times water would fly out over the curtain and onto the bathroom floor. The bed was also not very comfortable (very hard) but the sheets and room was very clean so I suppose it just depends on what type of bed you enjoy.

Our stay was amazing!! the staff was super nice, smiling all the time and there for you for any request. The hotel helped us arrange transfer back and forth to the airport. they have motorbikes to rent and a very good tour agency outside the hotel (look for a guy named king). The location was good 4-6 minutes walking to the center. The shower was good, hot water always. The room was huge and comfortable. The food at the hotels restaurant was amazing!!! especially the pizzas. If I could rate it more than 10 I would definitely do that.

Cleanliness. Polite staff. Proximity to the beach. Near restaurants. Spacious rooms. Good AC. Homey ambiance.

Parking was unavailable. They told us they had one guest who parked three vehicles. This placed us at a disadvantage. They did not say in the booking that parking is limited. It was uncomfortable to use indoor slippers which other guests could use alternately. It's unhygienic. They could just assign sanitized slippers for indoor use, particular pairs for each guest. Room key slot was very difficult to open both from the oitside and inside when bolted. Could use some repair..

The property was really clean. They ask you to remove your slippers/shoes at the lobby. Comforters, linens, pillows are clean, they smell good. CR was clean also! Aircon works. Wifi also works. Plus, there are sockets near the bed.

They ask you to deposit 1000 pesos. Told the lady in charge that there was no mention of the deposit in app but insisted there is until I checked it again. Price for the motorcycle gas was expensive. 200 pesos for two motorcycles even though we only used them for like 3hrs. Last time I rented motorbike from another resort, it only cost me to refill the tank to full for 120pesos only and I even used that motorbike for 3 days around Moalboal. I dont want to say theyre ripping us off but it kind of feels that way. Location is also not beachfront, it’s near though. But it’s a little long of a walk if you want to go to the main hub of panagsama. For these reasons, we wont be going back there anymore. It’s good to try it once only.

Brilliant location. Facilities exceeded my expectations. The room was reasonably sized, had good AC and a decent bathroom. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach as well as many restaurants and bars and snorkel hire etc. I found the property very comfortable and clean and nicer than in the photos. Great option for anyone spending a few nights in Moalboal! The hotel also has a restaurant and bar located on the beach which had a great breakfast and good atmosphere in the evening for drinks.

Our shower drain appeared to just be a hole in the ground and being on the ground floor meant not much privacy with people outside so we had to keep our curtains closed and bathroom window shuts

The hotel was in perfect location, quiet and can sleep soundly. Our room was clean and comfortable my kids loves stay again in our next visit. I admired their rule of leaving the footwears in a rack per room and use the provided slippers for the hotel, it kept the hotel clean. Staff were very helpful and approachable, food at their restaurant were also good. We will definitely come back and refer it to friends and families.

Just the road going to the property, hopefully the local government can do something about it.

The decor of the hotel was special and the public areas had a great amount of natural light. The terrace area is very relaxing both in the night and the day, and provides a peek of Panagsama Beach, which is only a 2 minute walk away. Perfect for an early morning snorkel with the sardines. Room and aircon was comfortable.

The toilet was clean, but had a smell from the drain. More toiletries could also be provided, since my friend and I had to share 2 small sample size pack of shampoos for our stay. We arranged with the hotel for private Airport Transfer to the hotel for 4,000 PHP. We only realised this is more than the usual when talking to some local guides after. For reference, we were given a quote of 1,500 PHP for a taxi for an approximately 30 minute ride to Badian down south. Our next accommodation quoted us 1,000 PHP for the same trip. Honestly, if you can, just take a tricycle or a motor bike if you need to go anywhere. :)
