We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable hotel. Loved our spacious room in a quiet, peaceful environment away from city traffic. Staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The pool was fabulous in a beautiful garden setting in which to relax. Ordered delicious meals one night for dinner and found a really good Vietnamese restaurant close by.

Small things would really boost up the rating for this hotel…the Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent in the rooms although worked fine in the lounge/restaurant. The shower head sprayed everywhere and the toilet seat kept sliding off.

facilities - love the ambience of the hotel. so serene and relaxing. the pool and area around it are well kept and clean room - spacious, clean and smells so nice. beds are very comfortable staff - accommodating in our requests and helps out in our inquiries. very nice and courteous! they help out on anything you need during your stay

though not an issue for me, others might find the info useful - wifi does not reach the family rooms. you have to go outside to be able to use it - location is a bit far from the city center. suggest to either rent a motorbike or car if you want to go around

Air conditioner saved my life. This stay is close to the airport and the hosts are also very nice. The condition of pool is also great and I think creamy chicken mushroom dish is the best dish this stay can offer.

The water pressure from the showerhead was too weak and it was very hard to control the temperature.

The room we had was spacious and very clean! The staff were friendly and accommodating! The best thing was the heated pool which was great for a night swim after our activities!

It's a bit far and the price for tricycle is a bit higher compared to staying near the airport or the city proper.

Very peaceful! Quiet relaxing and also fun. Great staff. Had no problem with it being out of town as it makes it much more isolated and feels like you are on a isolated resort away from the business

The hotel is a bit far from the city and was very quiet and relaxing. Has a big pool so you can just relax and unwind after doing different tours in Puerto Princesa. Staff was very helpful and can also book tours through them. I booked the tours just from messaging them thru booking.com.

Tricycles outside the hotel are a bit expensive. Better if you rent a motorcycle or a van when travelling around.

big, clean, comfortable rooms, aircon in the middle of the room so it perfectly cools, cute cats roaming the premises, billiard table and jenga in the common area, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, fairly close to the center

breakfast featured small portions (only one egg, some toast and a piece of fruit) and the breakfast area did not seem clean, shower head needs maintenance

I can’t say that much, we only stayed for one night. it was clean and quiet, nice looking hotel.

It is little bit further off the centre, the breakfast was anything special. But I think that it is not that much problem. Room didn’t have controller for aircon, from what I understood they share it for rooms, so this was little bit weird, but of course they brought the controller for us.

Breakfast is mediocre. Cook and the rest of thebstaff are friendly and accomodating. Location is far from everything, but transportation is readily available. The room was musty at first, but the odor disappeared after the AC ran for a few minutes. Bed is clean and they will clean and replace linen and towels when asked.

close to the airport, staff are accommodating to your needs plus they offer airport transfer for 350 pesos (so much better than going for taxi/tricycle which are both overpriced. Nice place for staycation too, they have pool table, jenga, sungka..

Pool can be cleaner, weak wifi within the room. They only offer continental breakfast. Need additional payment if you prefer filipino food served.
