Nice property, well decorated, good pool. The pictures don't lie. Friendly staff. Early breakfast available.

The food in the restaurant was just average for a rather high price. The promised airport shutlle was not available, and the replacing taxi showed up 30 minutes late. The TV in our room did not work, but that was fixed promptly by the maintenance man. Toilet flush was only half working (not filling well), the water heater gave warm water for a minute and the turned cold... So, in general, a bit more attention should be spent on the rooms.

Amazing staff, bent over backwards to help - including storing luggage for us for a week whilst we travelled the island. So helpful and communicative. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, pool is large and open for long hours, coffee is not from powder and drinking water free, board games and pool table a real bonus. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable hotel. Loved our spacious room in a quiet, peaceful environment away from city traffic. Staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The pool was fabulous in a beautiful garden setting in which to relax. Ordered delicious meals one night for dinner and found a really good Vietnamese restaurant close by.

Small things would really boost up the rating for this hotel…the Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent in the rooms although worked fine in the lounge/restaurant. The shower head sprayed everywhere and the toilet seat kept sliding off.

The staff and management are very welcoming and friendly staff. They help with anything you need very promptly.

They say the rooms have a bath and shower. But they don't have the bath. They should have more healthier options on the menu and it seems to run out food leaving only one or two options on there.

Perfect location, easily accessible from the Airport. Friendly and helpful staff. We did not able to use any other facilities at the hotel, however, we enjoyed the breakfast offered at the hotel. Outdoor and other activities offered are highly recommended.

The hotel looks really nice especially if they maintain the overall maintenance in the property, cleanliness in general.

The AC needs an update. We stayed 2 different night and same issue, 1st night the AC did not work so we were provided with a fan, 2nd night, AC worked but didn't manage to cool the room, we asked for a fan but there is no fan available. Also the pool is too warm.

I wanted a chill and laid back staycation, and the property gave me just that. It’s perfect for those who want to splurge a bit and unwind in Puerto Princesa

Food is on the pricier side, and options can be quite limited. It would be otherwise difficult to walk to restaurants; tricycle rides are necessary.

We had room 4 and its was very spacious. The pool is lovely too. Good breakfast.

The shower was barely working but they were able to fix it within the first night. I think the over all property has low shower pressure. (To be expected from Philippines though)

facilities - love the ambience of the hotel. so serene and relaxing. the pool and area around it are well kept and clean room - spacious, clean and smells so nice. beds are very comfortable staff - accommodating in our requests and helps out in our inquiries. very nice and courteous! they help out on anything you need during your stay

though not an issue for me, others might find the info useful - wifi does not reach the family rooms. you have to go outside to be able to use it - location is a bit far from the city center. suggest to either rent a motorbike or car if you want to go around
