They offer free shuttle service from the airport to their place and the staff was so willing to assist with our queries and needs. I also liked that this property is very close to the PPS airport. They offer water and free coffee. Beds are comfortable. Towels look new.

The interior wall painting needs improvement, but this is not really an issue or something that we did not like. Still rating this property high as their services are very good.

We only stayed for 1 night and chose this place as it’s very close to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a nice hot shower. hot/cold water is made available and kitchen utensils etc. There is also a nice outdoor area to hang out in. Staff were very friendly and helpful and provided complimentary airport pick up which was extremely appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.

Christy at reception is amazing; she’s so helpful and knowledgeable. She even gave me a lift to show where the beach is. Nellies has Hot water showers, I asked for and got extra blankets; there’s a fridge, microwave and toaster oven and 24 hour hot water for coffee or tea. Air con 24 hours.

It’s a long walk to downtown, but that’s why I chose it. Far away from the congestion and noise.

The staff is really accommodating and they’re willing to help for everything! The room is really big for just 2pax it can hold up to 5persons they have 2 doble beds and a single one! So if you’re going to a trip with family and friends this is really for you. The place is really cheap and clean. We would go back for sure! Hope this review helps ^_^

We stayed last month and the staff at Nellies were wonderful. The ladies were very welcoming and helpful, they helped us book tours and transport and even took care of one of my friends who stayed behind whilst two of us went to a tour. The value for the three of us staying on a budget was great, the beds and room were all large and clean so it worked very well for us. Its close to the airport and a free shuttle can be arranged. Thank you!

Well known accomodation, basic room good for one night stay. Tidy and comfortable

We paid for a taxi and on arrival we’re told nellies has a van service that could have picked us up. I don’t recall being informed about the service. Also one of our group was trying to call nellies prior to check in with no answer

- super friendly and accomodating staff - clean and nice rooms - free water & coffee

- organising the pick up for a bus was too difficult but I got a lift to the airport on leaving instead - was a little far from the main town (but to be fair the main town is a bomb so that could also be a positive)

great nr the airport and free pick /drop off .. a fair few bars close-ish nr about .. bit of a walk to the front and town centre .. but for a stop off / next day airport ..carnt beat it really 👍

-Wifi was a little weak, but not awful and if you go downstairs to lobby is a lot stronger if you need to download stuff etc!

Picked us up from the airport, clean room cold air con, great for an overnight before moving somewhere else, booked us a van to el nido for cheaper than we could get it.

Location is not amazing, have to walk to try find somewhere decent for dinner. But great value for the price for an overnight stay.
