Breakfast was superb for me. We love the danggit. As a muslim family traveling it is hard to find restaurants serving halal foods. The staff and the managers made sure that our needs are met. The salmon belly sinigang sa miso was the best! Lasang lasa ang purong miso. I would like to commend Jomar and Iyah of the all day dining resto for being so jolly and very attentive on our needs. If they are not sure they ask permission from Ma'am Pia and Ma'am Grace and they gladly authorized what was being asked of us. We are not maarte, we are only obeying what was taught in our faith and I am beyond happy and thankful that they made our stay very welcoming! Hats off for the awesome service! I would like to commend the two ladies in front desk too, Kathleen and Marga who are very jolly and quite very good in catching my jokes. They are the one who checked us in and checked us out next day. Thank you ladies. Please keep the positive attitude. We may go back soon. We highly recommend La Maja Rica. The staffs are amazing.

Our request for close rooms were not granted due to non availability. The bathtub is huge it is actually hard for kids and adults to come in and out of it.

The staff here were lovely and really made the stay very enjoyable. They were always polite and friendly and on our last day some of them lined up to wave us goodbye which gave the stay a very personal touch. The room was airconditioned and had some cable TV channels.

My wife and I did not find the bed particularly comfortable, but it didn't ruin the experience for us. There was also a light outside the room which could not be turned off. As someone who likes to sleep in complete darkness, it was quite annoying and disrupted my sleep.

All the staff is atentive and eager to create unique memorable moments. We relieaved such a being home feeling as we stayed in the same room as previously; also we were glad to see how great you turn this place into, happy to have breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, not to mention that the pool is now open for public. We liked everything!

I have been to La Maja Rica many many times and their service is so consistent. Their staff are very helpful. I love the breakfast buffet. The location offers a really good opportunity for stressed people like me to relax, unwind and forget about your problems for a bit. It's a clean, modern and beautiful hotel. If you're in Tarlac, this is the place to be!

Just one minor thing – wi-fi speed can be improved.

Bed Comfort was the best.

the noise in hallway was disaster like at 11 pm while sleeping noise in the hallway was disturbing. Then in the morning when I went outside there were people or like a wedding coordinator staff... doing lot of stuff and things with their laptop and was set up near in front of my door, it felt like invasion of my privacy was violated.

We stayed in La Maja Rica for just 1 night and got ourselves a very nice room with 2 large beds The hotel also has a good wifi connection and well maintained swimming pool. Food at the pool lounge is also good. Plus, a point for having enough parking space in front of the hotel.

The staff at the front door who always organized a tricycle every time we where going out. The front deck whom was friendly at all times. The rest of the other staff who always said hello to us.

Unfortunately the rooms were a little noisy. You could hear anyone in the hallways when entering their rooms.

The staff is very approachable and friendly! Felt comfortable. The location is accessible and convenient (and has a lot of parking space). They also allowed us to do late check-out ₱500 for an additional hour.

Room service was only available until 9PM but no worries there are nearby shops the hotel that you can buy food from.

Buffet service should be buffet, and not staff service. Staff should just be around to guide guests, and not service individually and NOT scoop the food to guests plates. That is a big Duh!!. Never call it Buffett if the service line is fenced with plastic blocks and the staff serves the food. Also, the water in the room sink. not potable. why ?

Customer service, food, and the room itself

Internet - unstable. I was not able to work comfortably. Eventually had to switch to my phone data for an internet connection. Hopefully, this is something they can fix.
