Absolutely lovely small hotel. Beautiful decorations that include a miniature of a Krakow castle and traditional Polish clothes. Very friendly staff that speaks English very well. Clean and spacious (for one person) room with two beds and a powerful and modern air conditioner (no upcharge for using it, which is great!!). Very good and clean (albeit a bit small, but whatevs) bathroom with hairdryer for free. I slept through breakfast, but I'm sure it would have been great as well. :D There is also a space with an electric kettle to boil water and coffee and tea for free for those who need their morning hydration and energy. ;) The hotel is right by a big beautiful park which is the best for hot summer's day. Also quite close to the Klub Studio where I was headed for a concert. Kinda close to the city centre (not super close but a pleasant walking distance form it). Also, even though the hotel is on the second floor, there is a lift there, so even if you're disabled, exhausted, or just too fu**ed up from the partying, you'll still be able to get to your room with no problems. Overall a very much pleasant experience! Thank you to the staff for their amazing work in keeping the place clean, friendly and safe!

Breakfast was very good both its quantity and its quality. The hotel location was quiet and relatively close to the Old Town and city center (15 - 20 minutes walking), the room was spacious, quiet and well equipped, bed was comfortable, the cleaning was very satisfactory, the politeness of the personel, especially the lady at the reception (day shift of 25th of July and night shift of the next day), as well as her gentleman colleague (day shift of 28th of July) is very commendable. The decoration of the floor where the rooms are located is marvellous, with samples of traditional/folk costumes.

The location of reception at the second floor necessitated the ringing of the bell to enter the premises.

Nice location, friendly staff, very good rooms, rich and tasty breakfast. 20 minutes walk from downtown , 300 m from bus station. It's not true they have only instant coffee, as I saw in some previous comments. It's a misunderstanding. They have a modern espresso machine in the dining room, so breakfast isn't compromised at all.

The parking is private and for free, but it's not sure you would find a place, that might be a problem. It depends how many tourists are coming with their own cars.

Big spacious room, not too pretty but very clean and with very nice view of the park across the street. Parking is gratis, small but during our stay there was always one or two spaces left. Bathroom clean and new. Walking distance to the city centre ~25min slow walk. Beautiful castle models in the hall and traditional clothes in the main hall.

Very basic low quality ingredients breakfast, but included and okay for that price.

The hotel has good location, in quiet neighbourhood, next to park and university, just walking distance from historic town. The room was appropriate size, well furnished and clean with all necessary facilities-hairdryer, towels, and water. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Unfortunately the lift was broken, however I was offered help in carrying my luggage. I would stay there again.

Lift not working

The hotel is well-situated and one can walk to the Old Town of Krakow. The room was spacious and well-equipped. There is a common room with tea and coffee aminities available 24/7 The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! There is a parking lot behind the hotel free of charge, which was great.

The mattress could be better. The breakfast could be served longer until 11:00.

Free parking, tram line to the center in walking distance, through a lovely green park. Buses also about a few mins walk. Quiet area and seems secure also. Helpful & friendly staff. Cleanliness is 5*, the room is spacious, the bathroom also. Very good & comfortable bed. Extremely effective AC. Courtain blocks light very well. Good and delicious breakfast to fill up. We were happy to spend our nights here.

Arriving at the mid night, Gosia was extremely helpful and friendly. Other staff is nice and friendly too. Location is close to the attractions, about 10 mins away from the scooter. A very pleasant stay in general.

Would be nice to actually have the tea and coffee in the room, instead of going out to get them every time

Location is good. Walking distance from old town and still easy to drive if You come by car. Breakfast was standard and minimalistic, but this what breakfast is about IMO. Air conditioning was functional. Bathroom was of decent size and comfortable enough. Beds were comfortable enough.

There is that strong and very unpleasant smell, especially in bathroom. Probably from ill-chosen detergent. And You can't open windows or somehow control ventilation.

The fact that the parking lot is available for free as part of the stay is a great advantage. The breakfast was in the form of a buffet with many options available from 8 am. The hotel is conveniently located, next to a beautiful park, within a walking distance from the city centre.
