The property is in an amazing condition and cleaning is always at the very best level. All the essentials that you may need during your stay are provided. The apartment in the city centre which makes it a great location. Still Rajska street is quiet and peaceful comparing to other streets in the centre.

There is nothing that I was not happy about.

Positives: very good location near center. In the entrance of the building there is a great pizzeria and in the neighborhood plenty of bakeries and coffeeshops so you can get breakfast there in low prices. The facilities of room was very nice especially the shower is super. The bed was very good also. The building is in very good condition, quit, safe.

Negatives: we asked early check in bcs we arrived around 13.00 o clock instead 15.00 we had check in. They haven't done anything to help for this issue, finally they gave the room to us 15:30 instead of 15:00!!!. The opposite of our claim. Second, the second bed at the upper floor has very low ceiling so many times we hit our heads on the ceiling. In addition the air-condition does not climate the upper floor so it was hot up there, as we have been there on August. The breakfast was a bit heavy for our tastes. They should put more simple things, for example bread, butter, marmalade etc. who eat chicken for breakfast? More fleximple choices for breakfast, recommended.

The location is great, just a short walk into the main square. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed them

The apartment was small, no bigger than a normal hotel room. The balcony was very small, it was only big enough for one of us to sit on at a time.

First of all, I would give 10 to the location, because it was absolutely amazing! it’s super close to the old town plus there are many nice restaurants/bars nearby. For example, if you want to have a nice breakfast, I will suggest you Mr. Pancake, which is just a few steps away, they have all kind of pancakes beautifully decorated. The building itself is nice and new, there is a security person at the reception of the building Who is working nights. The Apartemnt is modern and clean, although the one I got that is situated on the 2nd floor is very very simple unlike the pictures on Booking.com. In reality the apartment I got wasn’t even presented on the pictures here. The good thing is that they provide a coffee, tea, boiler, kitchenware and soaps in the bathroom. There was a small balcony overlooking an old non-operational building.

I didn’t like that when we arrived there was a terrible smell in the bathroom and it was there until we checked-out. Apartment’s staff asked me if they can come and solve the problem when we weren’t there, but I had to check out the next morning anyway, so i didnt ask them for that. I also think these kind of problems should be solved before guest arrives. The other thing is that I probably got the most simple apartment which wasn’t even presented on pictures on Booking.com. Our walls were just white boring, nothing special unlike fancy pictures on the website.

The place was very well equipped , clean, easy to find and easy to check in. The personnel on the reception was very nice and polite , they even helped us with transfer from the airport (even when requested last minute the day before we arrived) and luggage storage before we checked in. The reception is literally 20 m from the main square in the old town. We needed to stay close to Auditorium Maximum of the Jagiellonian University, so the apartment was really close - less than 5 min walk. It was perfect stay for us. In the future if we are visiting we will repeat for sure.

It is a quite clean apartment, shower room and toilet are very clean, and I especially like the washing liquid scent left on duvet cover and pillows, feels quite fresh. A little bit small inconvenience is that the reception has a 10-min walking distance to the apartment. The location is really good as well, only several-minute walk to old town. Downstairs, there is a small convenient shop, also some beautiful cafés where I spent some time to relax. And there’s a Korean small shop and restaurant just across the road of the building, which tastes great. Overall, I am happy about everything:)

Brilliant location! 15 minute stroll to the market square, Had all the stuff we needed, Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, Although I didn’t use it the kitchen was fully equipped with cutlery, coffee tea sugar, fridge with small freezer, microwave, hob the lot!! The bed was extremely comfortable and pillows like clouds!! Security in reception was welcoming & friendly on all the times we went threw the lobby! Me and my four year old son loved it!!

Absolutely nothing, everything was fabulous!!

Nice new building, modern furnished apartments, good facilities in the kitchen, comfortable bed, great location.

It was a bit loud some nights of the week so I’d bring earplugs. I’d skip breakfast, not worth the money and there are nice breakfast places just across the street. Take it only if you don’t have time to eat breakfast outside. Communication with staff happens via messages and that could have been a bit clearer. For example I had to ask how breakfast works only to find out you can order before 5pm for the following morning. I stayed for 6 nights and no cleaning happened. Maybe you have to ask for it, I did not try.

Good property almost in city centre of Krakow. Pleasant location with several nice cafe, restaurants and bars nearby. I had to upgrade my apartment, last minute, to a bigger one. The stuff was helpful and responsive. Also, during the stay we had an issue with induction stove, but the staff promptly fixed it. The apartment had all of the necessary utensils.

The apartment that we got after upgrade had two beds as requested, but be aware that the height on the second floor is super low 1.5 meters. you can use it only for sleeping which is good enough. But constantly bending to get to the bed and hitting your head over the celling wasn't pleasant experience.
