Clean and tidy room. Very good internet connection. Complementary bottled water was available. Parking was available at the hotel facility.

Breakfast was not so good with lmited options on the buffet.

Hotel is centrally located in Krakow from Krakow train station it is approximately 15 minute drive to the Hotel and approximately 20 minutes walk into the Old Town. Golden Tulip Hotel is located on a street where there are shops, bars and many coffee shops so it is easy to find somewhere to eat and go for drinks. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, great choice for everyone and very fresh. The receptionists were very kind and friendly and helped us with any tourist information we needed. We ate dinner in the restaurant beside the hotel and food was excellent. We enjoyed our short stay and I would stay at this hotel again.

The bads are not too comfortable. If you used the shower cup on the first day, they do not put new ones.

Nice location - Christmas market with mulled wine was just around the corner. Beautiful area to wander around or take a tram to old town, like 4 stops. Fine breakfast - various choice for any taste including cakes and bubbly. There was also available a table ware for kids and highchairs. My toddler enjoyed the playroom for few hours. And the hotel has own playground too. Friendly staff, room cleaning was made every day.

There was something inside the main light in our room, needs to be checked. I would appreciate to have slippers and robe provided.

Location exactly in the middle of the citylife - historical places within 10 min walk, beautiful environment , large room , free minibar , staff was very nice and helpful , very wide meal offer on breakfast. Easy check in and check out. I was afraid a bit of elevator parking but it went well with a nice staff member. Thank you for that.

only one time refilled minibar , not daily - as I got the info on the reception, holey towel ( unbeliavable ) , serving glass based drinks without opener , cleaning and serving quality must to improve . No shelves in the closet .... you can put only jackets in. Phone does not work in the room.

This was a very good hotel I must say. Clean, nice service, welcoming staff, reservation was ready for me, and the reception was there when I arrived late (though I did at ~22:45). In general, really good impression. Coffee and tea were available.

This will sound funny, but I would like to have an option to use the towel for a second time! No need to change it every day after I dried my face with it one - I never used all the towels that I have. Other than that, didn’t really notice anything bad

Location of the hotel is very comfortable, it is about 10-15 min walk from Wawel Castle and Old City, there's also a tram/bus station near. The staff is friendly and helpful, we had some issues and they were easily resolved. We also liked tasty breakfasts. The room was neat and cleaned up daily. Right near the hotel there's also a big Catholic Church with a monastery surrounding it. In the morning we enjoyed silence and birds singing through open windows and it was just amazing. In general we enjoyed our stay at Golden Tulip Kazimierz and I would definitely stay here again when next time in Krakow.

We lived at fifth floor, in a loft with windows made in the roof. In shiny days the roof becomes very hot and it's very difficult to stay and sleep in the apartment, only with a working conditioner (the room is equipped with it). This thing may be especially disturbing during summer.

Staff were very welcoming. We arrived by car at the property. It was the first time we used a car lift to get to the garage below the building, which was an added attraction. Someone from reception was waiting for us in the car park, helped us park (the spots are tight, so with a big car you better be a good driver ;) ), then showed us to the reception for check-in, and then took our luggage to the room. Room was spacious, clean, and relatively quiet (we could hear the trams when the windows were open, but when closed the windows cut out most of the sound). Breakfast was really nice. At first it felt like there wasn't much choice, but everything was delicious and of good quality. Scrambled eggs were made from real eggs (and not from powder, not rubbery and artificial like in many hotels I stayed in UK). From hot breakfast there were also crepes, sausage, bacon, beans, frankfurters. For continental part there were hams, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, various spreads, and fresh veg. Nice wee fruit bar with some cake as well. Staff were scrambling non-stop to keep the tables clean and to refill any platters on the buffet. I will definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like were the towels in the bathrooms, which were quite small even for a size 14 (EU 42) person. It would be nice to have bath towels.

I was sceptical at the beginning as the staff at the reception wasn't very friendly, however it changed once we went to the restaurant and for breakfast. The staff there was simply amazing, very helpful and engaged! Katarzyna was the most friendly one and made the stay very comfortable. The breakfast was rich and tasty.

The room was rather dark, as there was only one not even big one window. I guess it's due to the old building structure.

This is our second stay here but our families first so there was the pressure of whether they would like our recommendation...... The hotel is in a fabulous location in the Jewish quarter, our favourite area. 15-20 mins stroll to the Old Town. The hotel is really clean, rooms are really spacious, shower is powerful, water left in the rooms each day is lovely and the mini fridge is handy, my family are now considering separate duvets like on the beds - no duvet hogging! The hotel staff are so accommodating and helpful. They arranged a minibus for us back to the airport. Breakfast was great and restocked frequently. The staff were polite and really attentive. Hot items, cereals, fruits, cheeses, breads, cakes and continental items. The bar is also good, they had the world cup on and promoted the matches, the drinks are good and for a hotel bar really reasonably priced. Which is a refreshing change for a hotel. Perfect place to meet up before heading out. All our family loved the hotel and will be staying there again.
