Location is great, lot of restaurants to choose from and old town sights nearby reachable by walking. Apartment was modern, air conditioning did not face bed which is plus. The kitchen was well equipped. Good wifi - we were on the 4th floor. We could find paid parking spots nearby without problem.

make-up remover pads for girlfriend would be nice to provide as this is something we usually find in similar apartments on booking one of towels had a stain and towel radiator in bathroom was a bit dusty before us was probably in the room some men with strong perfume/body spray so our whole 3-day stay we smelled it and wasnt enough to open a window to get rid of it. Finally last day the smell was little bit better

This is a small apartment right in the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants around. To enter it, you don’t need to interact with anyone, just enter the code from the message and get the key.

1. Sound insulation is poor. This is the center of the city, and you can wake up in the middle of the night because a motorcyclist has passed by or the alarm in a parked car has gone off. 2. No air conditioning. It's very difficult to sleep when it's a very hot day 3. It is very difficult to find a parking space.

The central location is fantastic, it’s easily accessible and within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and bars, as well as tourist attractions - only a half hour journey from the airport. It was clean, tidy and very affordable. The balcony room was very fun and unique, perfect for a group of friends :)

The only downside to staying here is the lack of a lift, not a bother if your only taking the stairs once in the morning and once in the evening - but if you have mobility issues and can’t manage the stairs, you make a booking for a ground floor room

Good location, 5 min walk to main square. Starbucks is only a minute walk away and a local shop. The apartment is clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good size.

Very little English TV channels which I know is a personal thing . We did have our iPads so not too bad I guess. There was a constant drip noise coming from behind one of the walls, not sure if it was the pipes or what but it did keep me up sometimes. The hairdryer was not very good, as soon as I turned it off it sounded like it was gonna blow and had a burnt smell.

The location was incredible, the apartment was nicely decorated. It was really clean. The staff was really nice and we really appreciated that. We had the keys before the moment planned. Having a kitchenette is really nice too ! We were so happy to have the opportunity to cook and have breakfast there. We also felt safe !

Basic kitchen furniture were missing, such as kitchen towel. Otherwise it was really nice to be able to cook and have breakfast in the apartment. The smell was maybe too much. Also, we were not expecting that type of ladder and were a bit afraid but it is an experience and no one died :D At the end, because we were eating there and that nobody came to clean during our stay, the ground was really dirty. We do not expect daily cleaning at all, but maybe a bit more because at the end of the day when you live with 4 people in this little space, you eat, you cook, it is very dirty.

Our driver picked us up at airport what the hotel arranged. He called straight away and was in contact with us all the time as there was a delay with luggage. Our apartment was clean and tidy and was exactly described from pictures. All the extras like soap, shower gel, body lotion, tea and coffee were provided Staff were friendly and helped us with directions. Im was very near to old town and shops and restaurants were all near. Would highly recommend and definitely be coming back to this beautiful city. 10 *

The apartment was smaller but contained everything as it should. the location was really awesome. we even managed to park right under the window. we had a window to the street and it was noisier there in the evening. on saturday it was almost impossible to sleep because there was a party nearby and they were yawning there until 2 in the morning. for which the lessor is not responsible. I would definitely recommend it to others. please, next time when cleaning, check the mess under the mattress as well.

Lovely restored building in a quiet street, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchenette. Great location only a few minutes away from the center of old town. Lots of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. All the main points of interest in the city, including the train station, are reachable by foot.

Not a minus, but things to keep in mind: The ladder to the bed upstairs is quite steep (vertical), at least 2m high, and it may be not suitable for people who are afraid of heights. Our teenager loved the idea of having a ”den”, but only climbed up there to sleep at night. The room would benefit from having a big mirror in the entrance area and some transparent window screens for more privacy during the daytime, not just opaque curtains.

We loved our stay at Apartamenty L5. Beautiful elegant period property just off a main street with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. Steps from Planty Park on the West Side of the main square. The double bunk room gave the wow factor to our child. Very comfortable beds and great shower and kitchen team facility. Would recommend with no hesitation. We hope to return again. Great value.

Location - exceptional, very easy access to the Old town!! Clean - YES, even the washing machine available, shame about the dryer, but thats not a major issue at all!! Room - quiet, warm. Breakfasts - yummy!

Shower cabin - tiny, you have to be very acrobatic to wash yourself without pouring water on the floor or turn the shower off accidentally / change the setting. No lift - going upstair with suitcase or any other day to get to bed felt like claiming a mountain. Stair almost killed me as Ive stood at the edge of the fist step on floor 3 and was caught by family member to not make a step further, otherwise it would have ended badly.
