The place is clean and accessible. People are friendly. The beds are also totally ok.

The walls and doors are not soundproof enough. There are fully loaded buses of chidren and tourists going to this place, in the morning they will scream and make a lot of noises roaming the corridors and going to the spa. If your room is on the side of the spa, you may also hear the spa's outside unit turning on and making quite some noises.

The hotel was very nice. Breakfast were amazing always big choice of food. Location wasn't in the city center, but it was not far from tram stop which was going to the city. Wellness was small, but really clean and it had enough facilities. I do recommend to try their Wawel hot wine if you are visiting in the winter.

In the wellness they didn't put signs for people to go without swimming suit to sauna, as it should be. They gave us only 1 towel each and not additional blanket for cover to sauna, so the towel got wet quickly from sweat.

The hotel is excellent value for money. The breakfast is great and my bed was very comfortable. I had a single room which looked a bit old fashioned but did the job with plenty of room and everything you need - TV, lots of power points and excellent wifi.

The hotel is a bit far out of the centre but it's very close to a tram stop. If you don't fancy trams then Ubers are very cheap in Krakow. The hotel feels a bit dated and still has the old fashioned keys (not cards) for the room which you have to leave at reception, but this isn't that much of an issue.

breakfast was really good...also my early morning checkout...the staff at reception offered to pack me a light breakfast which was very thoughtful. I didn't ask for it. The bf box was ready 5am.

The Air con started to work by itself and not responding to remote. I called up reception but the staff at reception cut my call twice hearing me speak English. I went down and the staff send technician to correct it.

Great breakfast spread, friendly and helpful staff who speak many languages, clean property and rooms, in a quiet area.

Personally this was no issue, but it’s outside of the city so if someone doesn’t want to take the tram they’d have to Uber every day but I thought it was great and only a 10 minute walk to the tram.

Breakfast was sublime. The medium plus scrambled eggs were as good as I make them at home. All in all, it was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. Bonus- the restaurant was 10/10, foods were perfect.

The only thing that was not the best was the fact that the room was not as modern, in terms of the bathroom etc.

The personnel was really kind and helpful. In addition, breakfast was tasty.

It would be good to have kettle in room. As well, during Sunday's breakfast there was not enough space to eat it in the dinning room, I needed to go eat outside which was not so comfortable since it was cold outside before 8 am.

Overall it was a nice 2 night's stay for me. Staff nice, room ect. faultlessly clean and I do recommend to have breakfast included option since the breakfast buffet is great and was my biggest like here.

Some of the furniture/furbishing would like some freshening up, just worn.. Some rooms need new mattresses. First room was not goodin the aspect, second was good though

Good connection with the Krakow old town. Quite good breakfast.

We have stayed in room 308. It had main door with the ventilation holes in it. So basivally there wasn't any sound proofing at all and you could hear people walking. Clean service working with plastic vags and so on....

Breakfast exceeded my expectations, the variety was nice. Also parking was good and safe. Exceptionally clean - new towels every day, the bathroom fresh and shiny. Staff at the reception speaking good English.

The bed mattress was lower at the side where one sits on the edge and so uneven. But I could manage :)
