Good quality and standard (maybe the 4 stars are a bit too optimistic, but very strong 3 stars surely deserved). Good buffet breakfast. A short tram ride from the city centre, a short walk from the great green outdoor/recreation area of the old Zakrzówek quarry. Considering the proximity of quite busy streets - very quiet.

The AC works well but the windows could not be opened (condensation in the morning). My room had a nice kitchen annex with hot plate and electric kettle, but no plates or cutlery whatsoever (maybe supplied for other categories of guests/stays). WiFi rather not dependable (to say the least).

Hotel is OK. It is located at walking distance from the scientific departments of Jagellonian Univ., which is why I chose it. Downtown can be reached in 10' by tram, but if downtown is where you want to go there are certainly better placed hotels. The spacey rooms are kept clean. As long as air conditioning is kept switched off, they are also quiet. The wifi is strong and fast.

This hotel is far from new. A plan of room renovation should probably be considered in the next few years. Breakfast is OK, especially if you are for the salty side (bacon, vegetables etc.). For those who prefer sweets and cakes, the availability is a bit inconsistent: 2 days out of 3 we found nice cakes, the other day we had just bread butter & jam; 2 days out of 3 there was yogurt, the other day I had to make milk muesli instead. A limited choice of fruit is also available, I've seen better at other hotels.

I enjoyed the wide variety of services the hotel had on offer (Spa treatments, massages, etc) I didn't go to the spa myself as I was staying here for the last 2 nights of my holiday, I also liked the breakfast they offer at this hotel they do a continental but they also do some hot food such as scrambled egg, which really energized me the morning I had my flight home filled myself up with some scrambled egg, Polish sausage, and a nice latte.

This is more an issue with me not requesting it but the hotel replaces towels every day, I came back from being out all day to see my room had the towels replaced & the bed made, etc so if your are someone who likes privacy or is concern about your belongs I would make sure to inform the hotel you don't want someone coming into your room. other than that the hotel is great

Comfortable hotel in a good location a short tram or bus ride from the centre, and close to a supermarket and shopping centre. Rooms are a good size, maybe a little dated but well maintained and clean. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a good choice of hot and cold dishes. Staff were welcoming and responsive to any questions or problems. Overall good value for money

The bed felt a little hard - better mattresses might help

It was a good hotel, the staff was always helpful. The hotel is directly next to a bus and tram stop which makes it even easier to use public transportations. The car is also safe if you put it on the parking place of the hotel. The furniture of the room was a bit older but everything worked.

Some things in the bathroom, e.g. the shower head didn't worked like it supposed to be. But everything else was good.

We were satisfied with accommodation. Almost everything was fine, good breakfast. We will come back someday.

We were disappoited because of WIFI. I complained to the receptionist, but nothing was repaired. Receptionist told me that she would restart the WIFI but she didn't do anything about it, not even on the next day.

Spacious and comfortable room. We travelled with our dog, which did not cost extra. Good access to the central part of the city. Parking right outside the hotel door!

The view out the window was definitely not like the picture :) The room wasn't clean and tidy enough, but you can live with that for a couple of days.

I have stayed in the Sympozjum Hotel before, and returned knowing what to expect. Value for money. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Free access to Spa facilities.

Bar was closed throughout our weekend stay, however the young lady at the reception arranged drinks for us one evening.

Next to the hotel, there is a large shopping center, a private parking lot, and hotel has a friendly staff. Near the hotel, there are tram and bus stops, making it easy to reach the city center in 20 minutes (ticket vending machines are available at the stops). The room was spacious and comfortable.

We are travelling via motorbike so we needed a place to park-this was a great location, across the road from the tram stop that came every 10 mins into town, you can be in central Prague in 15 mins clean and comfortable room, big bathroom, tea and coffee lots of facilities advertised (ie spa/massage) although we didn’t use them

the wifi is very temperamental. Doesn’t always work in the room you need to sit in the lobby
