Lovely spacious room, very kind staff, helped me set up a surprise for my partner which turned out so good. Daily housekeeping was great, did a very good job, even organised our plushies in a cute way as a nice surprise for us when we were back from exploring the city. Amazing breakfast. Truly an amazing hotel. Thank you so much from room 300 & 304 !

The only thing i could be picky about is the lift, it didnt go to the third floor and was far from reception. After a long day of touring around the city, climbing all the stairs was a little difficult, but thats about it. Amazing hotel!

Exceptional hotel, we were happy that found it. Clean, spacious rooms, all necessary for tea/coffee in the rooms, very comfortable beds. Hotel team is wonderful, always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really unforgettable, we haven`t expected such choice - it will fit all tastes, fresh and delicious. Coffee and juice machines, pickles, sausages, omelettes, pancakes, desserts, huge choice of salads - everything you can wish. It might look that location is far from center, but it is just 10 min tram ride from old town and central railway station (we took tram No.10 to get to the hotel). Also, there is wonderful park Zakrowek located nearby (must-see, it`s former career turned to public lake with very clean water). We really regretted leaving swimsuits at home. So, for us location of the hotel seems really beneficial, and all together made perfect balance. We thank to all Galicya team and hope to come back again!

All was fine, for us - no flaws at all.

The hotel is close to the tram station. The staff is welcoming, speaking English. I had a room on the ground floor, so had no need for elevator. A large room, so I had enough space. The room is well equipped for disabled, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was good served and of a good quality. A hairdryer in the bathroom. Garden view was cozy. The room was quiet and clean. There is carpet on the floor, an electric kettle, very cozy tea cups, a huge leather chair, and bottles of water in the room. The conditioner was in place, but I didn't use it.

I did not expect the bathroom for disabled persons, so was a bit shocked. Also this is the first time I lived on the ground floor - which was pretty okay, but I just didn't expect that.

Great value for money, big room, big bathroom, impecably clean, the location is good, cost just 4 euros with bolt or uber to go to Wawel (tram next to the hotel as an alternative). The restaurant has good food. The parking is a big plus, just 20 zlt per day. It may be an old hotel but it is reconditionned and the staff is very helpfull. You can get your laundry done if needed and make coffee/tea in your room. The cleanning lady was friendly and took care of our stuff.

The pillows are too big and hard, otherwise the sheets are good quality

Room was impeccably clean, spacious (#207), very quiet. WIFI worked really well. Bed comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, something is different every day. We also ate one evening at the hotel and the food was of very good quality. Staff is very nice, in the restaurant and at the reception, speak well English. Easy to take the tram from the hotel as well. It will take you about 10-15 minutes to arrive in the historical center. Parking outside but secured.

Great positioning of the hotel in Krakow, you can easily get to the city center (20 min) or really anywhere in max 30 min and the station is near. The staff was realy nice and helpfull. The breakfast was diverse for all the 6 days that we stayed. The room was confortable and always clean. Totaly recomand.

In the room that we stayed there was no fridge.

I had a long trip before arriving to Hotel Galicia, and the rest I had was just what I needed. The room was super cozy and there was everything necessary, the stuff was very helpful and attentive. The only inconvenience was the neighbours who had the urge to party to hard techno at night, but the hotel stuff quickly helped me to solve this issue. I had to check out very soon (5 a.m.), so they saved the lunch for me in advance to give it to me before I leave, which was very cute! And the taxi they called for me to leave to the airport was very comfortable too. Highly recommended!

- Everything was flawless, the receptionist was very helpful, fluent in english. - Tramway stop is very close to the hotel - We did not have problems with noise from other rooms

- We couldn't sleep with open windows due to the noise from the near road, but with closed windows it's ok - Wifi was not the fastest

This was a small trip for my parents and there were a lot of trouble with them, but not for them) To give you a perspective, my parents couldn't connect to the wi-fi, this is what kind of 'trouble' I'm talking about But the stuff was very helpful, and no complaints from them, so for me, it's a big win. I was actually surprised how fast stuff was to respond and help. It has exceeded my expectations. Also, no complaints from the parents about facilities, room and everything else.

We were well received by the hotel personnel and in processing was smooth. Hotel rooms and facilities are clean and in good shape. Room was with air conditioning device and this helped a lot during hot summer. Breakfast was with good choice, tasty and with small local (Polish) peculiarity. Hotel is located not too far from historical city center. Many options to use public transport to move from hotel. Free parking in front of hotel.

Bed was too soft for my old body ;oP. But ... again ... my son liked it.
