Staff was very friendly, they even told me where the closest restaurant was, the location was close to the airport. At the end the expeience was fine. Reccomended to other people who travel for work and who have to flight from JPII airport.

There was a class from a school, they were very loudy and so the restaurant was unavailable the evening I was there, but at the end I can't blame the staff for this problem.

I liked this hotel. Room was very nice and clean. Receptionist was friendly and nice to me. If i needed anything, she did for me everything. Price for room was good for me. I can to say, i enjoyed my stay at hotel.

I didn't like just location of hotel. Hotel was far from centr of Krakow

very clean ,had a nice food and staff was very nice and very helpful.tried their best to help the customer even there is a language barrier.very impressive place.

everything was very good,apart from the shower has no shower door and made the floor wet when shower is in use.

Located by the main street which gives quick drive to the city center. The place is clean which is always my concern. Stuff very helpful and kind. Breakfast was great, fresh produce, plenty of choices - def. worth the value.

The only one minus were wedding parties at the location on the night we arrived (Saturday). One was on dedicated hallway which wasn’t a problem but one was Quite loud as it took place in the hallway by reception desk. It did finish by 10pm but some people continue to party on the parking lot in front of the rooms windows for some time.

A very cute hotel, clean and friendly staff. Nice outdoor facilities, easy parking.

The breakfast was a little sparse, even by European standards.

45 min from energylandia Nice staff - prepared scrambled eggs for breakfast and made coffee from coffee machine, and even got cold milk out of fridge for kids, when they complained about “warm” milk on the table. No idea about location as I was looking for place “on the way” to energylandia.

it is what it is location near the airport fast approach for a night passing by rooms were very tidy and bathrooms cozy would advise staying there again

allthough we have no complaints breakfast has a lot of room for improvement. less than standard and serials were a little expired. expired 2 days also was the yogurt

Breakfast could be better. Shower was not closable so there was watter on bathroom floor after shower.
