Wonderful small hotel slightly out from central Krakow but still only a £5 taxi ride from the main square. Exceptional staff, so friendly and helpful (but that's also true of all the local people we met during our time there) Must give a mention to Michal ( spelling?) , once in a while your holiday is made special by someone and this was the man for us👍🏻 Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with something for everyone. Great quality, we're already missing the scrambled egg. I'd emailed ahead to request a lower floor room as there's no lift and I was allocate a lovely ground floor room. So inexpensive , astounding value for money. We're already planning our next visit

Absolutely nothing we didn't like

Extremely friendly staff. Room was very cosy and clean. Although not a full English breakfast, it was very abundant and tasty. When items were missing, staff didn't hesitate to fulfil our requests. Parking cost was above, but was clearly informed about it before our arrival. Met our request to have two rooms close by and although rooms where not cleaned throughout our stay due to Covid, towels and bins where changed when requested. Housekeeping even offered us more pillows and hangers without objection. Bathroom was spotless with warm water and good pressure in the shower. Tap water was very tasty and fresh to drink. Very helpful during check in as we arrived early and accommodated us without hesitation. One night we ordered take away, after travelling far and restaurants were closed and offered us to eat in the breakfast room and supplied us with plates and glasses even though it was very late. Front desk is open 24hrs and kept our keys safe when headed out. Wifi works great and of good strength. Overall memorable experience and really good value for money.

Double bed for couple was a bit small, with two separate duvet sheets. Fire alarm in room had quite an intense flash when the lights are off at night. Not much choice of TV channels. Required an extension chord due to the lack of plugs by the bed. Not sure if the property had a lift as our direction to the first floor was accessible by steps.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. The price for the parking is reasonable.

Lack of electric kettle and dryer the room (dryer can be borrowed from the reception). Having some glasses in the room would be nice. I was expecting more varied breakfast.

Everything was great,the heating system went down for a couple of day,not great in the cold weather but they sorted it,just one of them things,the hotel was a taxi ride away from the city centre but we knew that before we booked,for the price it was spot on

Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very helpful.

Towels were tiny. we didn't get a double duvet. Only 2 singles on a double bed. Also we never asked for this to be changed either though. So potentially our own fault.

The hotel was clean and most of the time quiet. The breakfast still the same but very nice. The staff was very helpful and polite.

The rooms are quite small and lack any shelves. Window blinds/curtains quite thin and let in a lot of light. Wi-fi a bit poor.

The double bed were just two single mattresses as they separate during the sleep and you wake up pretty much in the hole between mattresses. Sometimes cold in winter.

The staff is very friendly helpful and polite!! nice location, not far from city centre. Very nice Breakfast included in price highly recommend! next time when I’ll be in Cracow I will book a stay in this hotel! 😉😉

No air conditioning but we were aware of this, but there was a fan in the room
