Close to town square, neat, clean, absolutely amazing communication with host. Loved this place so much! It is right next door to the American Embassy, so we felt super safe as well ( 3 x female family members travelling together 1 x 20yo, 1 x 50yo and 1 x 70yo)

Not that we didn’t like it- just letting you know that it’s close to restaurants so if you need to go to sleep early, some nights it may be noisy. But we loved this.

The location was absolutely perfect. Safe, clean and had everything we needed. Bartosz went above and beyond to make our stay even better.

The apartment was very clean and cosy. It’s in a perfect location - around the corner from the main square. It felt very safe and was very well maintained. The owner was in constant contact via WhatsApp to answer any queries and offer help.

We stayed four nights at the Duplex apartment (Mint VI), and enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing - right at the heart of the Old Town. The apartment is spacious for two (but probably not more than that) and the decor was great. It was also very clean. The host, Bartosz, was highly responsive and gave clear instructions on how to get into the apartment.

The only downside (which other reviewers have highlighted) is the bathroom, specifically the bathtub. It looks good on the photos, but is very impractical if you shower as the water will splash out. With the lack of drainage in the bathroom, a flooded bathroom is a near certainty. But I understand from Bartosz that they will be changing the bathtub to a shower eventually.

The location was superb, in the old town 2 mins from the main square but yet far enough away from the hustle & bustle there is a fabulous cafe straight out side the door ideal for breakfast lunches , coffees , we had lunch while waiting for our host Bartosz a to arrive as a little early, two supermarkets at the top of the rd , amazing Polish restaurant across the road , it was a great touch to have someone meet you in an apartment checkin, the building is gorgeous we were located on the 3rd floor , as there is a lift so no problem carrying cases ,the apartment was spotless , well stocked , with a supply of tea & filter coffee for the coffee machine , the sofa bed was really comfy as was the main bed in on the mezzanine level. The bathroom is gorgeous , and the kitchen , lots of storage in the cupboards , huge draw in bathroom to keep toiletries in , two mums two daughters we have a few !!! Also a helpful folder with Contact details , top tips and handy hints . We loved our stay and can’t recommend it enough , loved the eco friendly shower sachets . Thanks Bartosz & team

Fantastic location! Just off the main square you really are in the heart of Krakow. Perfect for days spent wandering around, with nothing more than 30 minutes away. There’s a lovely little cafe next door and I’d highly recommend Nami Beef and Reef which is a couple of doors away for dinner!

We stayed in apartment 11 which has stairs leading up to the bedroom (there’s no storage upstairs it’s literally just a bed!) and we honestly feared for our life everytime we had to go down them. They’re wooden and extremely slippy, and there’s no handrail apart from the glass. There’s also no windows apart from the skylights in the bedroom which we knew, which was lovely to wake up to and go to sleep watching the stars but I’d avoid if you’re a little claustrophobic!

Location is fantastic. Super safe as you have a permanent police look out outside your apartment because you’re next door to the American embassy. I would use again. (Different apartment)

The book on table when you go in. This book offers suggestions of who to use when booking tours. We got over charged for our day out and didn’t receive the service we was promised. We contacted the owner of business for him to say yes you’re right I’m sorry. ^this isn’t the apartment’s fault but it was there recoemation and they didn’t help at all. Stairs are more like a ladder in the room we had. Last thing is the apartment on the 3rd floor only have a sky light and you sent see nothing out of it, it was very claustrophobic. But I’d again I can’t stress enough this local is amazing if you can get a different room.

Place was spotless, clean and cozy. The host was very helpful and quick to respond at all times. Rooms are very well lit, but all rooms also have dim lights if you prefer that. The living room + kitchen is huge and the bedroom was roomy as well. The location is superb, around the corner, then a short walk off the main square. About a minute away, and there are a couple of very nice bakeries nearby. One just next door and one down the block (which we liked better). It's in the middle of the old town so we just walked everywhere... though it's a bit of a walk to Krakow eye.

Sofa bed was not as comfy as the main bed, but that's the way sofa beds are...

Family group staying together including children and grandparents. Two bedroom apartment was ideal. Clean with modern facilities including a washing machine. Lovely and spacious in a historic building overlooking square, but quiet with triple glazing. Close to shops and restaurants. Family half polish to we visit Krakow every year, and this is one of the best apartments which we have stayed. Not the cheapest, but would definitely use again.

Bit of confusion over check-in process. Location provided on booking confirmation their registered address, not actually address of the apartment which is approx. 100m away on neighbouring street. Host sent message 1 hour before check-in but by this time we were already travelling in country and did not have access to internet. Called host when we realised the address provided was wrong and able to access correct apartment.

We loved absolutely everything about this apartment. As soon as we entered we were blown away at how beautiful it was. It was spotlessly clean and modern, enough room for 5 of us. The beds and sofa beds were so comfy with crisp white bedding. The bathroom with walk-in shower was huge with plenty of hot water and a very powerful shower. The kitchen was well equipped with full hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans etc. There is air-conditioning in the main living area and 2 desk top fans in the bedroom which were a great relief for the very warm temperatures. The apartment was very safe and secure and very quiet. It is in the perfect location for the main square Krakow. There is also a row of polish restaurants directly opposite the apartments. All in all an absolutely amazing apartment and we loved every minute of being there.

There is nothing we didn't like.
