The property was perfect in every way. location, location, location.!!!! Exceptionally clean, well appointed and good size room. Most comfortable bed and pillow and great air conditioner. excellent breakfast!! Angelina at front desk was amazing assured me 100% arranging a online train ticket from Krakow to Ukraine. couldn’t have done this without her. STANDOUT HONESTY. I left my wallet with cash and credit cards including Australian passport in the room. Didn’t realise until the hotel emailed me to inform of the mishap. Couldn’t believe when I returned 8 hours after the wallet, cash and passport was kept in the a secure place for my return. o money missing. WOW WOW WOW!! a massive THANK YOU to the honest house keeper!!! you are a angel from heaven. thank you, thank you, thank you!!! highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a fantastic experience with good old fashioned old school honesty and a service. I love you all!!!

Everything was perfect!!!

I booked this hotel for my parents who are nervous travellers. It was their first time away since before COVID! They said that they had never met nicer staff than at this hotel. They had the best time here. They hotel was in a great location, the rooms were clean, well equipped and perfectly priced. They hadn’t added breakfast but after having it the first morning, they ate their every morning. Staff went out of their way to help them and even prepped a little take away breakfast for them when they had to depart the hotel at a very early hour due to travel! My parents were so complimentary and I would like to thank all of the staff for helping them and making this a perfect trip away for them that they will remember always.

I loved everything

We had a superior room on the 5th floor (with large windows overseeing the roofs of Krakow's old town) but the elevator goes only to the 4th floor, so you have to bring your suitcases yourself. The breakfast was really good, we liked the variety of vegetables and fruits! The hotel is located a 1-minute walk from the main square! :)

We used a taxi from the airport to the hotel offered by the hotel. Although we got a message from the hotel we could pay by card, it was not possible in the end and we had to use an ATM (just opposite the hotel) with a really bad exchange rate. So we do not recommend using this service. On the way back we booked a taxi ourselves, it was cheaper and much much better (https://krakowshuttle.com/).

We stayed for 4 nights. It was in a great location. Many restaurants, bars, stores, and grocery stores around. Walking distance to many historical places. The room was beautiful, cozy, clean, and comfortable. We had a window in the ceiling which we could see the day light and close if we wanted. There was a smart TV in our room (no 26 on top of the building), which we could use to log in to our Netflix and HBO accounts and watch our shows. The air conditioner was great. The bathroom was beautiful, big, and clean. In addition to normal soup and shampoo/bodywash hanging by the faucets, they gave us little bottles of shampoo and body lotions. The breakfast was great. Very good combination of protein, fruits, dairy, and pastry. We loved it.

The only problem was that when cleaning staff cleaned the room, they did not empty the garbage bag in the room and didn't replace the dirty glasses with clean ones.

The breakfast was a sumptuous European breakfast. The hotel was lovely. Location right down in the old town. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.The room was clean.

There were two places that caused me to trip. One was in the hallway outside my room 5C. It may be from some updated construction. There was a little step - one inch. It was covered with carpeting and I tripped over it most times I entered my room. In the bathroom there is another larger step. My husband and I kept reminding each other to mind it, Afraid we would trip in the night. Finally I stubbed my great toe very hard and the skin split open and bled profusely. After I go it to stop I had to wipe several blood stains up off the bathroom floor. THe only solution I can think of is putting a bright warning tape in these area. It won't go with the decor, but it would help.

The staff was superb! They were very helpful. We were able to check in a bit early. They called taxis for us and helped us with calling a tour company. The location was excellent. It was about a minute or two on foot into the main square in Old Town. You literally just had to walk down the road, and you were there. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious and clean.

It is worth noting for anyone planning on having loads of luggage that taxis can't go on the road. It is a pedestrian street, but there is a taxi queue a couple of minutes walk down on the adjoining street. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. It was wonderful, and we would stay there again! There are restaurants, gelato, and an ATM on the same road as the hotel.

Location was fantastic! Bed was sooo comfortable, nice and clean, bed made everyday and a bottle of water left. The room could have been a little bigger but to be honest it had everything in it that we needed and i didnt feel suffocated, it was really hot when we visited so the aircon in the room was fab!

i dont want to pull the hotel down as it was really good, but...if i had to pick something i would say the staff were not over chatty, we always said good morning and we would get a little smile, maybe they dont speak good english? but another staff arranged our taxi to the airport and she was good

Friendly, helpful staff who dealt with everything calmly and quickly. The location was excellent. I could see St Mary’s tower from my room. The room was well insulated against noise in the street and was in great condition. I got such a good sleep both nights thanks to the comfortable bed. Good selection for breakfast. But the features that went above and beyond, was the fast wifi – great for work – and the fantastic shower. For the price, it seemed too good to be true!

Tiny niggle but the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t seem to be working. Can’t say it was really a problem though. No other issues at all.

You just cannot have more central location in Cracow ☺️ Yet my room was very quiet, facing backyard. Very spacious room, large comfy bed, a fridge, big bathroom. Delicious breakfast (definitely try Caprese, it’s good restaurant quality). And nice price really.

It’s a hotel in a redeveloped old tenement house, so you can hear noises from other rooms pretty well (although only from the corridor not from your room), it’s not very warm on a cold winter-alike night, and the lift is tiny (for 1 person and a luggage practicality). But these are minor flaws, generally it’s a perfect place to stay in Cracow, for this price for sure.

location, cleanliness

we paid additional 100 polish zloty each for 2 breakfasts . After we paid we realized that we will not be able to eat second breakfast because the flight was too early. I asked for the refund for the second breakfast , they refused. they said there is the policy . and that we will received breakfast in the bag . we were surprised to received for 100 polish zloty 2 buns with butter and 1 slice of cheese , a pear and a bottle of water . what a ripoff. This incident completely change my satisfactory review of this hotel .
