Clean, cosy, elegant and well furnished, equipped and organised studio, with some touches of luxury, such as the bathroom cladding. Located at few steps away from Krakow main square, very close to a multitude of restaurants, markets, bars, etc. Very friendly and available staff. When I will come back to Krakow, I will definitely come back here!

Maybe the soundproofing could be better, but if you want to stay in a city centre you should know you will hear some noises from outside time to time; anyway, nothing that cannot be resolved with a pair of earplugs.

Excellent location at the very city center. Clean and nicely decorated apartment. Many accessories provided. Elevator (which is not always the case in old buildings), air conditioning, a lot of space in the room. Toiletries and towels were of a very good quality. Kitchen is well equipped. I liked small details that make life easier like having coffee capsules, sugar, salt and pepper. Radio was just a nice surprise. We truly enjoyed having music on the background. Highly recommend and will be glad to return one day.

In general all was good. Maybe just one thing to mention - I looked for apartment with the daily housekeeping as far as we stayed for 7 nights. In practice they cleaned only when I pushed the button "make up my room". It took me two days to realize that I need to ask for it. I think when you advertise "daily cleaning", then you are supposed not to clean only when you asked not to disturb, but not vise versa. For me it was one of the points that I looked for and was ready to pay more for it. Towels also were not changed. Probably needed to ask for it as well, but we didn't. So I do not blame anyone.

Where do I start? This hotel wasn't simply in a good location, it was in THE location. Just super. The staff went above and beyond to address any and all inquiries, requests and demands. I stayed for 7 nights and they couldn't to go out of their way enough to answer my questions. Big, fast elevator. LOVED the soft, high-quality, towels (embroidered with hotel logo), bathrobes and slippers, and the Thierry Mugler soaps. My room was big and tall - I really enjoyed the acoustics from the high ceilings. My favorite part was the bathroom - phenomenal. The cleaning staff even placed a rose in a vase on the bathroom counter before arrival. I loved Krakow so I'll definitely visit again and I wouldn't need to do any research on where to stay. I'll definitely stay at Apartamenty Bracka 6 everytime. This is one classy establishment.

My 5th time to krakow, and have stayed in various apartments and this was one of the best due to a very helpful staff member Agata as needed to rent a wheelchair for my father she went out of her way to support me for this, apartments are beautiful location awesome as not affected by noise from the square as was v busy Great shower Would benefit from having Netflix or similar available on the tv Would defo stay here again really recommended

Bed a little firm

The apartments are very well located minutes walk to the main old town square and walking distance to the Jewish Quarter. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and helped us arrange airport transfers and tours to Auschwitz and The Salt Mines which made our trip very easy.

Our apartment was located on the front of the building above a fairly busy road which leads to the main square. On evenings it can be a little noisy due to local restaurants and bars however this is expected due to the central location.

We stayed in the Apartment (bedroom with queen bed, living - room and kitchen). Pricing is very reasonable. The apartment and location could not have been better. The location is 1/2 block from main square where Cloth Hall is located. The distance is short, but you are far removed from any noise and commotion occurring in the main square - it's nice an quiet. The apartment is relatively new, it's clean, spacious, has (approx. 12 foot) high ceilings, is well laid out (highy functional) and has huge windows that open to an inner courtyard. The pictures the property has posted are very accurate. You will be very pleased when you arrive. I have seen some reviews stating that apartment has no elevator - this is either incorrect to begin with or the property may have recently installed an elevator. Wi-Fi is good (and free). While the Apartment's front desk is not staffed 24 hours per day (they give you an after hours number to call). The front desk staff is very helpful, kind and courteous (excellent English spoken). They offer a washing service (for approx. $20-25 USD) where you can give them an entire carry-on size suitcase filled with dirty clothes and you'll get them back washed dried and folded within 24 hours which was a nice extra for us since it saved us a few hours. We purchased the Breakfast with the room, which is served across the street in two restaurants. I would rate the breakfast very good. Purchasers of the breakfast option should be aware that if you don't use all your breakfast coupons (if you leave very early before the restaurants open up), the hotel is unable to refund your money for the unused coupons - I would say this is a normal practice, and am not disturbed by it, but were were unable to use two out of our five coupons - in hindsight, I should heave just purchased breakfast out of pocket and not purchased the breakfast option.

The queen bed was firmer than we wished it would have been - but that is just our taste and may not be yours..

Great hotel in an ideal location with friendly helpful staff. The room was clean, airy with a very comfy bed. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower was powerful. Room had a kettle, Nespresso machine and 2 ring induction hob. They seemed to provide a good selection of utensils (we only used the Nespresso machine and cups) and the fridge had 2 bottles of water and some milk on our arrival. The staff were all lovely and when my husband mislaid his mobile phone and wallet helped use get them back from the person who found them. The apartment is located a few steps from the main square and has a good number of restaurants and cafe's on the street round it (as well as the main square obviously) You don't seem to be able to take private cars to the street outside the apartment but taxi's can get there. The room and reception all are on the second floor and there is a reliable lift to get to them. I would stay here again when we come back to Krakow.

Nothing - it was all great

The apartment is literally a 20 second walk to the main square in Krakow so in a perfect place for exploring. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a short break. Staff also very helpful. The only thing missing was aircon but as you are not in the apartment much this wasn't too much of an issue, plus you could open the windows for air. It is in an old traditional building but there is a lift. The breakfast was across the road in a choice of two restaurants, one was open from 8am which was not as nice in my opinion as it was rustic to say the least (paint coming off the walls, needed some TLC and looked rather grubby) whereas Sempre that was open from 9am was much nicer, clean lines, bit more modern. I only went to the other one because I had a trip to go on so needed breakfast from 8am. It's a shame that Sempre is not open from 8am.

There's no aircon but it's an old building and you can open the windows. Breakfast starting from 8am could be considered late for some people, especially when you are going on a day out.

The location indeed is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have left perfect instructions how to get to the building and to the room late. We had troubles with the lights and the staff immediately helped. Inside the room there were minor things to repair but it didn't influence the quality of stay. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the radio playing in the room.

It is very noisy outside at night because of drunk happy people and in the early mornings because of garbage takers. So hard to sleep, but this is the price you pay for central location. There was no hairdryer which is a bigger problem.
