Were able to check in late with no problems, also extended our stay by one day in same room at same rate. Very friendly and helpful receptionists, We made good use of swimming, games room and bowling, and this made our stay super enjoyable.

Staff didn't seem to be fully in control of breakfast on second day. Coffee machine wasn't working correctly and many things had run out a full hour before end of breakfast period. Our room was on 4th floor and there is a disco at night at the rooftop bar. We could hear the music on our room, but it was bearable and we slept ok. We were dining at the rooftop bar, but were kicked out at 9pm due to the disco beginning and kids lot being allowed. Understandable but not really OK. There were no snacks or food avaible in the games room?!

We have arrived and were promptly checked in, explained about parking which was an additional fee- we chose to pay for 2 days. very handy having parking on the site, Hotel is in walking distance of 3min from the main square with restaurants and a beautiful old town. Galeria Piastow Shopping mall 5 min walk. In the hotel we had full use of facilities. Bowling alley and arcades to entertain, night club close by free entrance for hotel guests, and fantastic spa which we took full advantage of. Highly recommend, very happy with the stay

NOTHING

1) Breakfasts were amazing: everything you need - fresh buns, fruits, vegetables, wide choice of cheese and ham, salmon, scrambled eggs, pancakes with jam, sausages, yogurts, cereals, milk, various cakes and cookies, amazing fresh coffee and juices.. Can’t imagine what else people expect else from breakfast?😅 2) Swimming pool was clean and warm enough, sauna was well prepared, there you can find fresh towels, and in your room you can find bathrobes, so it’s convenient to go just in it to the sauna. 3) The room was clean and cosy, two bottles of water are found there on arrival 4) Parking is safe and convenient, though it costs little money. 5) Location is very well, in the neighbourhood there are many nice restaurants.

It was little bit uncomfortable with the entrance code as it is often changed. the fitness studio costs money but very little. We were very satisfied with the equipment there anyway and had a nice work out!

Good location. Breakfast was delicious. Nice pool facilities and amazing view from the terraces.

Rooms are definitely in need of a renovation. Linens have stains or just are very old. Towels in the bathroom had holes in them. The shower was leaking so the floor was always wet. Towels in the Spa were also old and with holes.

Delicious breakfast, very nice staff, great swimming pool and very good massage by lady from Bali. I stayed here 2nd time, first time in ordinary room on 2nd floor and this time on 4th floor at room with king bed. Definitely worth to pay a little more money for this room, which is spacious and looks modern.

Big rooms, tasteful breakfast

Had to wait 15 minutes at reception before somebody showed up. We were told we had to pay to use the swimming pool (15zl) because it wasn’t part of the hotel we booked (??) We could “enjoy” the music of the nightclub all night (Saturday)

Free entrance for the disco. Swimming pool and sauna are ok. I also fell in love with the blond that was working on the breakfast area. If she can read this comment, please contact me 😘

Rooms on the fourth floor aren't suitable to sleep during the weekend because their one Disco on the 5th. Not enough sound isolation on that floor.

Cleanliness of the room could be definitely better, mainly due to carpet on the floor, which was really dirty, with lot of stains.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast, very helpful cleaning staff. Central location. Good bar staff.

A couple of Reception staff should learn how to smile. Others were ok.

Clean big room, spacious and very comfortable bathroom.

Entry key card did not work, you have to go to the reception to validate parking card before leaving the garage, swimming pool floor is very slippery.
