Great hotel. This was our second stay. Close to the centre, parking included, amazing food. Very good and attentive staff. Can't fault them. Would definitely recommend this hotel even though we had a problem with the aircon as it was a one off issue. Also good value for money.

We had a different room to last time and it was smaller. It proved difficult to move around as we had a few big cases and there wasn't a corner of the room where we could just put them. We had to keep moving them to be able to get to the bed or to leave the room. We also didn't have aircon the first night as it was broken. The staff were very helpful and did everything to fix it but nothing worked. They offered us all a complimentary dinner the following day to make up for the inconvenience. The aircon was fixed the next morning and it was better the second night.

Room clean, had a/c, great shower. Very modern - girls had pullout futon. No fitted base sheets, but again, that seems to be all over Poland. Pillows super! Breakfast was good and lots to choose from; however, a bit crowded at time and staff seemed a little overwhelmed. No cappuccino - only coffee or tea. Scrambled eggs RUNNY as in other Polish hotels...like, floating in a liquid. Have seen this before in Poland. No one eats them and it is a waste of eggs. Not sure why they like runny eggs floating in liquid.

Eggs and replacement of food at breakfast. If you weren't lucky to get a spot in front of hotel, parking in the rear was a bit tight - only 3 spots.

Great location, parking, clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, very good choice of hot and cold food. Tea and coffee making facilities and fridge in the room. Good aircon. Good value for money.

It was not really a major issue, but we had to make the sofa bed ourselves. They knew there would be four of us, so the hotel could have prepared it. After a 15 hour car journey, all we wanted to do was sleep. The shower holder was loose and you couldn't put the shower in it, but we let reception know and they said they would fix it. Maybe no one had reported it before and they weren't aware of the issue.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved it. The staff was so nice, the rooms were just as described, there was plenty of parking and it fit our large American-sized van, it was close to the train station for a day trip to Wraclow, and we LOVED the breakfast; there was so much variety. We ate dinner one night at the restaraunt (and were thankful it was open late), and enjoyed drinks at the bar. Our whole stay was great and we were thankful we picked this place.

I have stayed one night while commuting. The Hotel is comfortably located close to A4, close to PL/DE border. The town itself has charming little old town with lovely main square and cafes. The hotel itself is clean, modern and perfect for night or two. The breakfast was good as well. Overall value for money.

My room was facing street, so had some noise. However, might ask for room facing back side.

Hotel is absolutely amazing and beautiful. It's a great location that makes things way easier for all the pottery shopping. The hotel is really clean and the restaurant inside it is absolutely delicious.

The parking situation is a little confusing. It's pretty much a first come first served basis and because of the restaurant it can be hard to find parking. The beds are very squeaky - when you move during the night it's definitely heard. The breakfast was AMAZING on the Saturday but on the Sunday it was left to be desired.

The breakfast was delicious and sufficient, and the choice was good. The hotel was spotless clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge and a kettle in the room, and some coffee, tea and water as well. And the cups and glasses were real, not plastic! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, everything was absolutely delicious, and the servings were huge. Highly recommend! The parking is free, which is always a bonus.

Friendly staff was great, even with a language barrier they were so kind and helpful. This quaint b&b stole my heart. The restaurant downstairs is a hidden gem. Do yourself a favor and please eat there at least once! Great quality, great portion size, for a great value. Lidl is right next door and the room came with a little fridge- great for keeping snacks and fresh fruits! Great location, not in the city center but only a very short walk away.

Parking is small, but there is parking in front and behind the building. Otherwise, zero complaints.

Clean and tidy. Special thanks and praise for the wonderful breakfast, prepared with love and imagination.

Noise. You can't open the windows - on one side of the building there is the street, on the other side there is the car park of the hotel and the adjacent shopping centre, and the constant sound of some kind of industrial noise.

Very comfortable room, bed, bedding. (Except for huge pillow, just too big to be comfortable) Spotlessly clean, complimentary tea, coffee and a bottle of water. Toiletries and plenty of towels. Good breakfast. Ate in restaurant too and it was very good. Location just a 10 minute walk to old town Square.

Nothing not to like.
