I was injured in a bus accident when staying at this hotel so my initial stay was prolonged by another 6 days. A special shout out to Damian and Isabella at the front desk, Iga who worked in housekeeping, and Lucasz, Katarina and Zvetlana in the restaurant who were helpful during a very difficult time.

Need to have a wheelchair available for guests. Restaurant needs a bit more variety on the lunch/dinner menu. There were only a couple of things that I could eat from that menu because of my food allergies.

The water from the shower tub/sink was going away slowly. Not a big deal for us since we stayed 1 night only, but plumbing should have been checked before. What I disliked and found not making any sense was the intentionally made jagged/bumpy surface at the entrance/exit of the underground parking. Driving down is manageable but when I tried to slowly drive up, my car just stalled halfway because of the surface and I had to carefully roll it backwards and then drive up over the bumps/jaggies at a higher speed.

(Lodz police deserve all the respect in the world PLEASE READ FURTHER DOWN.) Hotel has courteous staff. Exceptional breakfast in huge dining hall. Lift, perfect for mobility impaired. Mall 2min walk. Tonnes of shops and food court, Liddel etc. Not too far from main Bus Terminal, about 8 min drive. Check for Lodz Marathons...they disrupt traffic - including route to the bus terminal. Passengers missed buses, other buses cancelled. Total nightmare and chaos. Taxis were cancelling on me for 45min before someone told me the reason. Read on... So yesterday, 16th April I was stuck - NO vehicles allowed to the terminal. I begged police manning the road blocks, to help me - I kid you not. They did, taking pity on an old crying woman with wheelchair and escorted me through the roadblocks. Kudos to the Lodz police. Wouldn't accept payment at all. Can't thank them enough.

In hindsight, Lodz Tourism should make hotels inform guests of traffic disruptions - no ifs no buts. Tiny fridge TV Polish programs apart from few English news channels which repeated SAME stories over and over... So, NO SMART TV.

Great selection at breakfast, very good location next to Piotrkowska and shopping centre. spacious room with lots of storage, easy to navigate technology. We like that water was given, kettle was there with tea and coffee, hotel provided shoe polish, bath robes, slippers etc.

Safe wasn't working, think needed batteries. Pillow was a little bit uncomfortable but you can ask for additional and there was no sockets next to the bed. Small toothpaste would be nice as this is essential

The AC was working but it wasn't very strong plus a bit loud. I didn't like the location- it's on an highway and the environment is not very welcoming even though its is a 10-minute walk to restaurants, shops, etc. The interior design could be updated, it is somewhat old school

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we came on a business trip. This is a nice hotel, the rooms are of a good standard (the pillows not so much). The rooms have a hairdryer, soaps, kettle and tea, a small fridge and bathrobes. Daily cleaning. The breakfast is wonderful and rich, but the same thing is served every day. The service is excellent. There is a pleasant pool and sauna. The hotel is located a 2-minute walk from the Galeria Mall. It was pleasant and nice!

The room and bathroom were very spacious. Everything was very clean and tidy. Due to the Ukraine football team stopping there at the time breakfast was served in the Premium hotel part of the complex which was a bonus. Breakfast offered a very good choice of both hot and cold food. The location was very close to the main street in Lodz which had plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. There was also a shopping centre just 300 metres from the hotel which also had a bureau de change inside which was handy if you needed to change currency.

The toilet cistern was very slow in filling up and did not flush fully. This meant you had to flush the toilet twice in order to clear it properly.

property is centrally located, rooms are spacious, breakfast really good (wide range of food)

hotel has older and newer part, we were in the older part, this needs, especially in case of bathrooms renovation - they were clean (or at least i think they were clean) however due to the fact that the equipment alreday its best ages behind it - it seem to be a bit dirty

We stayed at Ambassador Centrum, which is older than Ambassador Premium, but it was ok. The staff was accommodating. Breakfasts were just outstanding; I was impressed. The dinners were exceptional; I still miss Angus beef and other dishes I tried.

We stayed in two rooms at the hotel, both of which had issues with the shower cabin; old and required renovation.

The room was large , very nice and on the 6th floor. Even if the room was facing the main street it was very quiet. The breakfast was awesome! The hotel is located in the city centre of Lodz, next to Lodz Galeria (Shopping Mall) and the wonderful Ulica Piotrkowska. We will come back for sure!

Probably there must have been a problem with the sewer system in our bathroom. The odor was, friendly speaking, not very nice.
