I loved staying in this hotel, most of the staff is very nice but like sometimes one staff member had trouble with gays (night shift security) but part from him everyone are super friendly. Rooms are very clean and food in the is something to die for however don’t worry you will not over eat because portions are more for children then grownups nevertheless services was 11 out of 10 Maria who maid our stay so welcome with her professionalism and kindness.

Only thing I could say they need to fix is……. There is no coconaut water in the mini bar or at the bar.

Lovely hotel. We stayed only one night but we had a great experience. We arrived late at night but the receptionist welcomed us with a smile on her face. There's a great area for kids at the reception so they can play while you check in. The room was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. It was very quiet too. Breakfast was very good. Great choice and tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great, underground car park very handy.

Excellent hotel in great location, about 15 minutes walk from manufaktur which has a huge shopping centre surrounded by tons of bars and restaurants. Literally 1 min walk away from another shopping centre and a convenience store right beside the hotel. The staff we excellent and the hotel was really clean. The rooms were a decent size and very comfortable.

There's literally nothing about this hotel I didn't like.

Good location for access to Pitor Kowaska St, and to trams. Next door to an extensive shopping mall with food courts. The bar staff were very good.

Didn't understand the upgrade to executive floor when rooms of other family members on other floors were better equipped with soft seating for room guests. We had one chair and a reclined apparatus, not at all practical when two people were in the room.

Very good location next to Galerria Lodz and Ul. Piotrkowska. Clean rooms and big enough for family of 4. We did not take a breakfast, but price is 75zl per person and kids are free. Recommend to book with room. Other option is to eat in cafe next door. Parking is free and convenient under the hotel for 24 hrs.

My friend was Muslim, and I'm vegetarian; there were not many options for us to eat without bacon, not a single chicken option for breakfast, all sausages and meat slices were pork, and the toasts with eggs on top had bacon on it, I asked the staff for chicken or fish alternative and was told that is not available,

Breakfast was great. Hotel gym was good

Room was small for 3. Reception staff could smile and engage a little more. A little stone faced at times. Breakfast staff on the other hand were very warm.

The location is very good , short walk to Piotrkowska and next to Galeria Lodzka, the hotel is good the staff very nice young people and welcoming.Clean room with daily room service.

i do not like the bathroom doors, the architect should be taken responsible for that crap job, they got magnets to the wall it is very noisy to open or worse if you want to close those doors they ALWAYS leave a gap between them what is not good.

Very good and comfortable hotel in the city centre. Large underground parking next to the hotel with direct hotel access. Comfortable room with good amenities. Very good breakfast with superb selection, some food was really good, very friendly staff and good coffee.

Very well located place with underground parking. Walking distance to main street. Nice, clean rooms, tasty breakfast, very nice service. Small playroom for kids close to dining area is always a nice to-have and worked well this time, too.
