We loved the interior of the room, better than we were expecting. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom is very, very nice. The staff was very friendly and professional in the same time, gave all the information we needed and more. The location of the hotel is perfect as it sits just a 5min walk from the main market and just a 10 min walk to a lot of night clubs. The breakfast is very diverse and we had different choices of small snacks every day.

Nothing really to say bad about it. Everyone has different opinions and preferences about their accomodations.

Modern hotel in great location. Loved the armchair and foot stool to relax in after the flight. The room was comfortable and typical of other Hampton by Hilton hotels.

Had to make a late change to the booking due to family illness. Was late cancelling which was my error due to local time zone. Called hotel to request change to booking date. Hotel Manager was not helpful it took some persuasion to amend booking so that fee was not lost Things were ok in the end but a genuine emergency not dealt with very much empathy by hotel management. Breakfast extensive but eggs and sausages were almost cold. Happy with room but overall experience average.. The reaction when a client needs help even if they've made a mistake or how a business reacts when things go wrong is often a good measure. A friendlier approach needed.

This is our second time here and would definitely come again. I love how modern and clean the hotel is. I love the open plan restaurant, bar and reception. The bed was very comfortable with 2 pillows. Plush walk-in shower with high quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. You can leave from 2 exits depending on what street you want to go to. The tram stop is 5 minutes away. Staff were exceptionally friendly but remained professional. The breakfast choices for were amazing! One of the best I’ve experienced (even better than 5 star’s I’ve been in).

Absolutely nothing.

It's modern, it's affordable, the breakfast was amazing, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and tidy. Definitely will stay again and it's by far the best hotel for the price that I've experienced in Poland. I've used the Hampton branded hotels in other countries as well, such as China, I've never been disappointed.

No laundry service or room service (I guess because it's 3 stars). After shower the water gets in the bathroom which has no where to go but it's not an issue for you, the cleaners will clean it up but I just think it's bad design. Could be avoided.

The room was comfortable, with a good space, clean, free from road noise, and with a cozy bed. The location is excellent. The staff at reception was kind and efficient with our requests, especially regarding the use of the business center.

The towels could not be properly hanged both in the bathroom and in the room itself. This circumstance resulted in wet towels longer and we had to ask the cleaning staff to change them every day. So the hotel needs to fix this problem, so that it can be turned into a real environment-freedly property.

I like the room size, bed, hotel location and breakfast variety. The room view was awesome and the room service was very good. The WIFI speed was good.

The room temperature was pathetic. Since the room temperature was controlled centrally I had to call reception to adjust my room temperature. At least I should have been told that I will not be able to adjust the room temperature at room due to which I was feeling cold and fallen sick the second day. When I call the reception for room temperature adjustment, no one from reception responded to my call so I had to come down to explain the issue.

Ideal business hotel in city center. Great breakfast, only some bubbles missing, still worth coming again. Bar without remarks, happy hours all afternoon and evening. Very quick check-in, appreciated.

Lift to car's garage very narrow. No problem coming in, but difficult for unskilled drivers to manoeuvre in to come out. Careful about that and park elsewhere in nearby outter parking lots. Windows in standard room closed so not for those who prefer fresh air.

Excellent location, comfort in the room, easy to find, many sights nearby.

We specially booked a hotel with parking because we were traveling by car. On arrival we were told that our car was too TALL to enter the car park (we have an Audi A5!!). As an option, paid parking was offered right next to the hotel, but these were additional costs - 15 euros per day. I believe that the hotel misleads the guests about the available parking at the hotel. Didn't like it very much.

Excellent breakfast, with a coffee machine and fresh juice. The location is in a pleasant area, walking distance to the Brewery Mall and the Old City Square area. There is a small gym with running machines, weights and a multi-purpose machine. I really like this chain of hotels and always choose it as the first option.

There is nothing to be dissatisfied with. But one day our room was not cleaned, probably by mistake.

The buffet looks good but its the same thing you always get. Boring. The only things that were of note were the vitamin juice shots and the hot cereal. The rest leaves you wanting to go out to lunch for something more original. I also am not a fan of the way the tables are in the lobby with no separation from everything else. Many of the tables have low lounge style chairs which is awkward for trying to pull up to a table and eat.

I don't like that there is no where to hang anything in the room or a very good place for the suitcase.
