Unbeatable location. Excellent breakfast, quality produce, being replenished regularly. Nice towels, bathrobe, fridge in room to keep your drinks and fruit fresh. Good air conditioning. Hotel promptly and politely replied, satisfied previously emailed requests for quiet room, etc. WiFi worked well. Would definitely return.

Great location, amazing breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. The room was huge. Water heater, mugs, tea, instant coffee, mineral water in the room. Many kind of toiletries in the bathroom. The windows block most of the sound of the street and the drapery is really thick so not much light can come in from the street lamps. Strong wifi. Air conditioning worked perfectly.

The furniture in our room was a bit old (no serious problem with that but needs a bit of refreshment), The bed wasn't the most comfortable one, maybe the mattress was also a bit old. Our fridge wasn't working (I'm sure they would have solve this problem but we didn't really bother). The TV is small and has an interesting location on the wall so not really comfortable to watch.There is a bar but we never saw it open. The breakfast room is quite small so sometimes you have to wait for a free table.

THIS IS A CENTRALLY LOCATED HOTEL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE HISTORIC CENTRE.IT IS IN A SAFE AREA AND VERY CLOSE TO THE MAIN TRAIN STATION( THERE IS A TRAM STOP JUST OUTSIDE THE HOTEL). NEARLY ALL THE MAIN SITES OF INTEREST CAN BE REACHED ON FOOT. THERE IS A PLETHORA OF BARS AND RESTAURANTS TO CHOOSE FROM VERY CLOSE BY.THE ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS(EXACTLY LIKE THE ONES SEEN IN THE PHOTOS),QUIET ,CLEAN WITH COMFORTABLE BEDS .A SMALL BOTTLE OF WATER IS COMPLIMENTARY EVERY DAY AS WELL AS BODY/HAIR PRODUCTS. BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD WITH A LOT OF SWEET AND SAVORY OPTIONS.THE STAFF IS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL.

Location was excellent. Very closed to the Old town and main Railways station, as we arrived the city by train. OUr room had 2 single beds put together (with one quilt) that it was large and very comfortable to sleep. Room amenity was very good, there were a pair of slippers, bags of teas & coffees, nice fragranced shampoo, conditioner and soap, also a large safe which can contain laptop easily. Breakfast was excellent, many dishes and they were all delicious. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Quick to respond my email inquiry as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

While on the train to Poznan I realized that I had accidentally booked the hotel room on the correct days of the month. The only problem was that it was a month later. It was quite funny because only two days before my wife and I had been having a conversation about a forum she had been reading where people were sharing their stories of wrong flight and hotel bookings and we were discussing how it has never happened to us, probably because we were very organized. So we had that conversation without knowing that I had already messed up in the same way :D.... I had not purchased a free cancellation and was unable to change the date via the booking.com app so I called the property in the hope that they were able to find an alternative for me. They didn't have the same size of room/bed but it perfectly fulfilled our needs. I didn't have to pay any change fee - only the difference in price between the two rooms on the different dates. It required quite some work on their behalf as they needed to arrange the change in the booking via booking.com and phone calls to me and my phone was constantly getting disconnected from the network because I was on a train. I also messed up on the way back. I forgot my e-reader in the night table drawer. Again, I realized this only when I was on the train back. I checked my phone and I already had a message from the property that they had found my e-reader with a question if they could use the address I had provided during the booking to send it to me. To sum this up, the customer service I experienced was great because I never got the feeling that it was a nuisance to them when I messed up my booking or forgot my belongings. In addition, the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food to choose from. The coffee was decent. The location of this hotel is great. It was not a crowded place but the old market was an easy walking-distance away. There is a small grocery store on the next corner.

I think the breakfast area is a bit crammed when there is a lot of guests at the same time but I would nevertheless order breakfast again in this hotel. The air conditioning is working too well, so it became a bit too cool in the room (but not cold). (Maybe I missed somewhere some control to increase the temperature?)

It had a nice bathroom with good water pressure. The room had comfortable beds and a good air con ditioner. The European style breakfast buffet was great - lots from which to choose. It was in walking distance from the Old Town (which is being recon- structed). One can walk to Cathedral Island area, but it us farther away. Overall, a pretty good location.

The hotel and its staff was fine. We were just disappointed that nobody at the front desk told us about the reconstruction of Old Town and that he/she didn't give us suggestions of other sights to see. We were disappointed when we saw all the dirt roads, construction vehicles, and materials throughout the square. (It will be beautiful when the project is completed.)

The most surprising thing for us was the breakfast buffet, which was definitely the most incredible one I ever had in my life. They offer so many lovely salads and veggies, fresh pancakes, desserts, cake and homemade smoothies. And everything tastes amazing! Additionally the location of the hotel is in the very center of the city, so perfect to explore everything and to feel save while traveling. The room was really big, modern, comfy and super clean. All in all a brilliant price-performance ratio and a clear recommendation! :)

The welcoming from entering the hotel was superb. I asked where to buy flowers and the manager got them herself for me from wholesaler on her way to work the next day, she went beyond expectations. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was superb, fresh made bread and cakes, great choices even smoothies. The location was so central to everything. Highly recommend the stay here, and whenever I go back to Poznan this will be my first choice to stay.

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds, short walking distance to the Old Town, about 20 minutes walk to the Main Railway Station. Excellent breakfast with great choice of hot and cold food sourced from local producers, especially eggs and cold meats. Special greetings to the kitchen chief with whom I had a chance to speak for a few minutes. Relaxing reception area with very kind young lady working there in the morning.

Torn sheets which were only changed on the third day of our stay although we were told that they were supposed to be changed on a daily basis. The room only had one towel per person available and only for the body but the personnel was very kind to provide extra towels upon request and also extra pillows because there was only one thin pillow available per person.
