We stayed in the new building at the back. Triple glazed and quiet. Very comfy bed, great shower. The small bar area was well stocked and the staff were friendly and helpful. They helped make the stay even better. The restaurant food was also good. We had an evening meal and breakfast and were very happy with both. Everyone spoke English which always helps. The hotel is slightly out of the centre but that was good as the centre of Poznan is still like a construction site at the time of writing. Ubers are very cheap so getting around wasn't a problem. This is a great place for a short break.

We weren't convinced the air con worked too well and the room had a slightly odd layout.

The location and comfort of the hotel was excellent, as was the bedroom. Even though the hotel was close to a train line, one could not hear anything from the outside once inside the bedroom. The breakfast had lots of options, both hot and cold, and was kept refreshed.

I have a dairy intolerance, and there most items at breakfast contained dairy, cheese being very popular in Poland. It would have been nice to have some dairy free salad items and baked goods. Also having labels on the hot items would have been good. Despite taking great care, I know I ate dairy on most days. The last morning I found the bacon was wrapped around cheese!

Great location, old town to the east and the newer area with fantastic restaurants (many vegan options) to the west. This is centrally located and not far from the Main Station. The city is very walkable and this hotel is right in the middle of where we wanted to explore. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment there. We loved the room layout and the beds were very comfortable.

None, room was great! Only advice is we wish there was an option to remove wine/alcohol in the room as we don't drink prior to check-in. Many hotels have this as a default option now.

beautiful and cosy atmosphere. nice design and materials. breakfast is tasty and in a nice room. very attentive staff. great room-service menu and overall a very very nice hotel in general in a nice area. i like walking home after work.

There is a crazy concert of sounds from 06:30 to 08:30 in the pipes or heating. Also other guests were experiencing this issue. Noise is a major factor when sleeping in a hotel I think this should be fixed. The lightning in the bathroom is not very practical. You can either be directly spot on or in the dark.

The hotel is new , very modern very clean. About 10 minutes walk to old town you could explore to the left or right of hotel. The rooms are cosy, small, had lovely rain showers. There was shower gel, shower caps, tea,, coffee water. The pillows we asked for extra. The duvet is 2 single duvets

The room was small, we stayed in room 208 a superior king, there was rooms above that had balcony and I would have paid more had I known this but was told king superior and deluxe twin same room one had large double bed other had twin beds pushed together. Limited lunch menu. We arrived early at hotel after travelling early we only had to wait 30 minutes for the room however we got a coffee and had to pay. As a gesture that would have been nice if it was compliment

The hotel is perfectly situated for a comfortable walk to all scenic locations, with plenty of parks nearby, and the neighbourhood provides a very peaceful place to sleep. The rooms in the new building were compact, but with large windows and lots of light - wonderful in the morning!

All the surveillance cameras - inside, outside, everywhere! This appears to be normal in Poland and most of Europe, and it makes relaxing and enjoying oneself virtually impossible - unfortunately this reminds me of visiting the Communist Bloc 30 years ago…. What happened?

Pretty much everything about the hotel was far above your average, typical hotel. Friendly, helpful and professional looking hotel staff. Amazing breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms (however I never managed to understand how the AC works). Modern interior of both buildings. And the location of the hotel is very good as well - pretty much 15-20 minutes (on feet) away from several interesting attractions. And all that for a really decent price.

If anything, I'd consider making rooms more sound-resistent, as you could hear sounds / voices from the hall.

The hotel buildings and rooms are very beautiful and comfortable. The wifi and air conditioning worked well. The rooms were also very modern and good value for the price. The location is not right next to the old town but you can get there on foot in under 15 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The price of breakfast at the hotel seemed quite high compared to restaurants in the city. It felt a little overpriced since the price of our stay would have almost doubled if we had chosen to have breakfast included. Since we did not choose to have breakfast at the hotel I cannot confirm whether it is worth the high price but we thought the price was very high and that it was unfortunate we could not have breakfast at the hotel because of it.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in a long time and great value for money. The room was gorgeous. The bathroom was designed with gorgeous tiles, lots of natural lighting in the room (often unusual for a hotel room), blackout curtains, toiletries (shampoo, vanity set, lint roller). Also a beautiful flowers and a fresh fruit platter was awaiting me in the room upon arrival. The bed was so comfortable. The restaurant/bar is great without an outdoor 'gin garden' - I didn't sit here but looked like a great vibe. Room service food was tasty. Fantastic cocktails! The sauna was also a treat - staff left out slippers and a robe for the guests here, which was a lovely touch. Overall staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made you feel like a valued guest. The location is great - restaurants, bars, cultural locations are an approx 10mins away (a safe and enjoyable stroll).

Pity that there was only 1 English-speaking channel on the television. Also no option to connect Netflix/Spotify to the TV.

central located, nice architecture, modern furniture, bright rooms.

cleaning was not good. On first morning we were forgotten by the roomservice. And we found shoes from guests before under the bed. At reception we were told that the guest already asked for those shoes some time ago. There was no excuse from Hotel for this incidence. Otherwise we made good experience, our room was changed after we liked to stay in a room where you can open the windows, because in rooms with non-divided big Windows you cannot open them. Lady at the reception was very friendly and changed our booking.
