Amazing hotel in nearly all aspects. Breakfast selection is fantastic. Fantastic location at the lake and walking distance to the beaches. Rooms are modern, spacious and kept very clean. You can rent bikes to explore the region.

There are too many kids, especially at breakfast. Hotel should declare part of the breakfast zone as "relax area" and restrict kids and families there. Hotel should also not call itself "Spa" if in the end the pool is used by families for playing around and screaming.

Everything was OK. We were lucky that the pool was not used by many guests, so we were satisfied in that regard as well. It's a bigger hotel, so it can get busier in high season. The hotel is friendly for staying with children. The buffet breakfast was great, as well dinner.

Using the sauna (like other hotels in Poland) has different customs. Guests take saunas in bathing suits and there is no separate relaxation room. This is not a criticism, just a description of the situation. That was the reason why we did not use the sauna.

The only thing for me is the bed I had two single beds combined together with a big gap between which makes it uncomfortable also pillows are extremely small And I would clean the showers better, especially shower head from Limescale was practically yellow. Other wise everything was great

Best hotel to stay in! It holds it's great standard from the beginning. management does not do any "money saving action" through cutting the amazing breakfast! Breakfast is exceptionell and has everything you would want! Best are the pancakes with cheese and strawberry sauce! If you go close to 11am you can get everything you want or order with the staff. The staff is very nice and will take care of everything you need. I have traveled in 60 countries worldwide and even stayed at the Burj al Arab... but Przystan is still my absolutely favourite hotel :)

When it is fully booked it can get to crowded at breakfast and the guests sometimes are not on their best behaviour. But that's not the hotels fault and complaining on a very high level :)

Wonderful location on the lake is one of the strongest advantages of Hotel Przystań. I keep coming back to this hotel, because of the location, overall ambience, comfortable rooms and attentive staff.

Przystań became a victim of its own success: I have a feeling, that some of the qualities of the hotel have been downgraded/used up and the hotel lost a tiny bit of its magic. Mattresses are extremely used and soft, the pillows aren't as great quality as they used to be. Double bed is in fact 2 single beds pulled together, so not a great comfort for a couple. I also missed iron board and iron in the room, as well as the umbrellas. All those items are relatively easy fix, and I hope next time it will be as comfortable as it used to be in the past.

We had again a wonderful experience at the “Przystan”. Every staff member from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful, eager to help! Our dog was happy too 😉Thank you! Will recommend to our friends (although they know already) Keep on going..

I arrived earlier than expected but I was able to check in straightaway. This was a pleasant surprise. My room was well-appointed, spotlessly clean, and had the most magnificent bed. The staff were exceedingly professional. Overall my stay was enjoyable. The only thing to make it better was a trip to the spa, but I just didn't have time. Maybe next time!

The restaurant was very busy and the staff took a long time to bring my order. However, I should add that there were not enough waiting staff on duty to cope with so many guests. Not all the options on the menu were available either, which was slightly disappointing. Please employ more staff! The guests will appreciate it.

Right on the lake, exclusive location, nice restaurant and lovely breakfast. ladies at the reception very polite and friendly, guy at the evening bar also very nice.

As I wrote in the questionnaire, the shower is very slippery, I risked to fall and hurt myself badly. as well for almost 700pln per night, there is no shampoo or soap amenity kit. just a generic hair and body dispenser. also Spa is full of kids with parents unable to keep them calm, which happens very often in Spa’s in Poland where families think it’s an aquapark.

Very good breakfast, good choice of food, everything what I need was served.

we got a room with a street/parking/ railway view. The swimming pool should have a time only for adults. It is small so it was not possible to swim or relax. It was full of playing kids. 2 hours during a day should be adults only.

Great location by the lake and wide variety of facilities. Modern, stylish and clean rooms. Some 5* hotels in the world do not have this choice of equipment in the gym or that nicely designed rooms. Exceptional stuff and customer service at the reception, spa reception and restaurants. Definitely I will be back! :)
